When i came in inquiring about an apartment I spoke with Brittanie and she was amazing! Answered all my questions and set me up with an apartment that day. I moved in a week later and it was an easy transition, minus being 3rd floor. Lol. Grounds are quiet and clean. The garage is a bonus which is included in rent!! Maintenance is quick to repair any issues. Definitely recommend this complex!!

The Villas at Rollingbrook is a well kept, beautiful place. The staff is great and friendly. Love the pool and attached garages. No brainer to lease and call it home!

I fell in love with the apartment the first time I toured it! Application process was smooth and easy. Move in was pretty smooth. The apt I got was more upgraded than the one I toured which was a plus. I placed a maintenance request because I thought my washer was broken but it was just too upgraded and didn’t know how it worked lol. But I’m glad I made that mistake because it shows me how quick maintenance would be for my future requests. Love my apartment its self and the community. It’s very quiet! Definitely recommend to anyone!

The Apartments with all the premium to premium amenities that anyone could ask for!!! The leasing office staff Ms. Lacey, Shannon & Kathy are always on the edge to help their resident. This team is the best team I have seen in my 4 years of living. They are very accommodating to residents and always ready to help with any needs. Also, the property is well maintained with clean pool, landscaping, and plantations all around. Maintenance service is very quick and reliable. The gym is also well maintained with all the required instruments plus it's 24/7 accessible. All in all, I would say this is the top quality apartment, with very courteous staff & reasonable price range. If you are in Baytown and looking for an apartment this is the place to rent. Must stop by & check with leasing office once experience is worth it.

Had a short summer in Baytown so I lived there for about 3 months. Great buildings. Beautiful pool. The staff at the leasing office are the nicest people you’ll ever met. Quick response to any maintenance request, 24-hour fitness center with a bunch of workout equipment. Free parking garage. 5 min drive from a tons of great restaurants. I really enjoyed living at the Villas at Rollingbrook and I missed this place so much since moving out.
