The Villas at Riverway

We found a unit we liked at Country Woods which is a part of the Bateswood apartments. The rep that helped us was Racheal and she was great. She answered all my mom’s questions, even the ones she repeated (my mom’s a senior). She explained everything we needed to secure the unit and when she needed it by. Racheal always made herself available when we needed her. Moving in itself is stressful but securing this apartment wasn’t, it was the one thing that took my mind off the move. Our unit is a lower unit 3bd 2bth , very spacious, and quite.

Apartment hunting is no joke 😅 I walked into Arrive Upper Kirby stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly tired of touring places… and I walked out genuinely excited. From the second I came in, it felt different. The lobby is super modern and clean, it gives classy hotel vibes without feeling stuffy. The amenities are beautiful, the building is really well maintained, and the location in Upper Kirby is just chef’s kiss. Everything is walkable and you can tell it’s in the heart of it all. But what really made the difference for me was Veronica. She gave me a true white-glove experience from start to finish. It didn’t feel rushed or salesy. After a quick conversation about what I wanted, she knew exactly which layout to show me. The natural light, the modern kitchen finishes, the closet space, the balcony, she paid attention to the details that actually matter when you’re going to live somewhere every day. She walked me through every step of the application so smoothly, answered all my questions, and made everything feel easy. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and excited about moving which is rare when apartment hunting! If you’re looking at Arrive Upper Kirby, do yourself a favor and ask for Veronica. She truly makes you feel valued, not just like another lease.

Extremely unreliable elevators not just occasionally but frequently. One has never worked for 2+ years. One used as service elevator and not available ~ 3 days/week

7Riverway has made us feel like home since day 1. The staff from top to bottom go above and beyond daily to make our lives a little easier. I would highly recommend 7 Riverway to anyone looking for a great condo in the heart of Houston!

Bella was really great and the move in process was easy. It’s really quiet and for this to be an older building it is really well kept. From The valet to the Conceirge it is dry welcoming and elegant. The elevators are slow but it’s a high rise and older building that is to be expected. But so far so good. We have a lot of space and love it!
