New management took over these apartments and they’re poorly ran. The back pool in the back area was dug up and never maintained in the first place when new people bought the property over half the buildings in the back have no renters. It’s hard to get a maintenance person to come or anything poorly maintained. It’s lucky it even gets to be mowed once a month. I don’t know about the management, but they ain’t worth a damn I would not rent there.

Top Of The Morning. We Been Living At Vista Azul Apartments On 3500 Red Bluff For 4 Months. We Are So Happy At This New Home. It's Heaven Compared To Where We Moved From. That Was At Eden Rock Apartments On Southmore In Pasadena Tx. It Was A Miserable Place. Here Living The Best Life. Our Place Remolded Perfectly. Everything Painted Outside Building Looking Fresh. Our Manager Catherine And Kayla Are Outstanding. They Will Welcome You With Open Arms. Come Check Them Out. Everyone Have A Bless Year.

Finding a place is no easy task. However, Kaila's customer service made it a breeze. Professional, straight forward and easy to talk to. Kaila walked me through every step and answered all my questions and I had ALOT! Couldn't recommend this place enough, see you soon Kaila! Beautiful apartment and staff!

I came in looking for a 2 bedroom and Kaila greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had and gave me all the information I needed to apply. The model home looked beautiful with the renovations they have ! I am looking to move in February and will be applying then ! If you’re looking for an apartment definitely ask for Kaila !

Leasing agents, Kayla and George are amazing!! George went above and beyond several times for me and my Mother. Super nice ppl and very friendly. Freshly remodeled apartments, friendly neighbors, clean and quiet outside areas as well!! Best of all.. BEST prices in town!!!
