A residential complex infested with insects and mold. Everything is covered in mold: ceilings, walls, and air conditioning. The air conditioning doesn't work and emits foul, musty odors. There's a constant sewage blockage; sewage water is everywhere in the complex. It's a breeding ground for disease. Furthermore, the complex is full of homeless people.

I have been leaving in this property for more than 4 years and honestly i wasn't happy and was about to move out at the end of my lease. I got to meet the new manager Ms. Elif (a sweet lady) and she listened to my concerns and got it addressed the very same day. The new staff is friendly and respectful. Different from what residents have experienced so far. Mr. Nestor is the new maintenance crew leader. He went above and beyond to find me a new appartement to tranfert in because my courant appartement is not in a safe living condition . The quality of their service made me revisit my decision to move out 😊. I hope and pray that this new property management makes VPP a "home sweet home" again for all the residents.

Been living here for almost 5 years but every year it has just been getting worse and worse, lets start off with the simple fact that when you tell the leasing manager anything, he will just proceed to neglect anything told, rather than trying to understand the situation so ill gladly take this personal and put it everywhere, if your looking for somewhere to live i promise you there is better places to live in. If you want to protect your kids and family PLEASE THINK AGAIN BEFORE COMING HERE

Unless you like problems dont live here! Every month my ac leaks. ive asked them to change the floors all they did was half of it and they never removed the old laminate they just put the new laminate on top of the old one. Horrible cutting and caulking on the new floors. Tiolet was leaking two weeks ago all they did was put silicone and never came back to fix it correctly. Their maintenance barely knows how to work on these things they use silicone for everything as you can see on the sheetrock of the windows. When it rains heavy water goes through there and ive had that problem since i moved in 3 years ago but they never made an attempt to actually fix the issue. Old floors were already oozing out the glue which is why i asked them to change it but that took them about a year of me complaining just for them to not finish it and its been three months since they left it like that. That last picture is the jug of glue they use for the floor its been in my apartment for the last three months now since ive been waiting on them to "change" the floors. Please dont live here homelessness is bad here and they have alot of vacant/abandonded units which the homeless get into constantly. They have had several units burn down and its been 2 years since they have tried to start rebuilding it. Ive also found black mold in multiple places especially inside the ac vents Ill be going to the city to report this mess of a place.

It’s about three years I live at Village at Piney Point. I like here . At first there were some problems but recently it’s perfect with new manager Mr. Hussain. I brought some of my friends rented house here and the office give them two months free , no application fee, no deposit fee more importantly utilities included like water and trash. The rent is very suitable. Here there is very less crime , there is day and night shift securities, the maintenance is very good recently
