Poor security Spacious apartments, reasonably priced, but there's no security; anyone can break in and steal. Management has cameras, but only selectively. During the first week, someone tried to steal my car, and management said the cameras weren't working. Just recently, they managed to steal my car. The exit gate doesn't work, and the entrance gate opens for any car. There's very little parking for residents, and if you have to pay for the other spaces, the remaining ones are for visitors, and if you park there, the parking attendant will tow your car. I live on the first floor, and after paying more for being on the first floor, I have to put up with the smell of marijuana and the excessive noise at night (10pm-2am) from my neighbors running around because there are about 7 people living there.

Very welcoming people and the manager Ms.marisol was such a good help. Made sure I was comfortable and safe with my apartment. Don’t hesitate if you need to know something just ask. You never know you may receive a blessing. Thank you Fall Creek Square ❤️

Absolutely amazing!!! I walked in with no hope of getting an apartment left the same day with keys in my hand. First Lynn showed me the apartment & the size of the apartment is what shocked me it’s a very big space. The apartment was also clean, up to date, and had a very nice aesthetic to it. Then I went back to the office and Marisol took very good care of me from there she was very determined to get me an apartment. Both ladies are greatly appreciated for their time and patience. My first night on the property was very pleasant it was quiet and also clean. I’m satisfied with this property as my new home!

At first this was a great place to stay. Community was nice, everyone was friendly. I have come to the office several times during working hours to find the door locked and no one available. Calling the number never reaches someone on sight. I have asked to use the grill during the weekends and was told it is something that wasn’t allowed then I saw two separate families one two separate occasions use that same grill outside of office hours which means I was blatantly lied to. The pool is randomly closed. The gym equipment doesn’t work and half of the weights are missing. You’re forced to pay for a trash service regardless of using the service. Water is charged per building which is insane to me considering I leave the state for weeks at a time and still pay other peoples water bill. Parents let kids play in the street and come to the pool alone with no supervision. If you have a question regarding your lease or anything regarding the property I am confident I will either be lied to or just told they don’t know and someone will tell me at a later date. Then I have to go to the closed office 3 days in a row until a worker decides to unlock the door. One time would be a coincidence, twice would be unlucky for me but 3 or more times is more than a pattern. Rent is too high for issues like this. I’d pay $800 to live under these conditions. Feels like an upgraded 1960 government housing facility. Today I attempted to come into the office ONCE AGAIN. It was locked 2 hours after posted open. I asked for if the fax machine was a fax machine and was then told no. I originally came up to the office to find out my last months rent, the office attendant didn't even attempt she just said she doesn't have access to but im almost certain she has pulled it up before, she instead AGAIN handed me a card and told me to contact the number..... I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES AND DISCONNECTED AFTER 3 MINUTES EACH TIME BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS. HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TO PAY SO I CAN LEAVE THIS CONTRACT AND NEVER RETURN
