Great place to live. It's perfect for me. It's quite and peaceful.

I had such an amazing experience at MAA Fall Creek with Alyssa the (Leasing Consultant)in helping me to transfer to an another apartment she was so informative and patient with guiding me through the whole transfer process . Her professionalism speaks VOLUME she also has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE of her job. Her caring attitude made me feel so comfortable . Please if you are ever interest in an apartment I definitely recommend Alyssa .I am so excited with my apartment.God Bless you Alyssa. You are a Great Asset for MAA at Fall Creek .Thanks for all you do to please the tenants . ❤️

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! dissatisfaction with several issues regarding the management and maintenance . First, I would like to address the unprofessional conduct of the property management staff and the aggressive towing policies currently in place. It is unacceptable for resident vehicles to be towed despite being registered to live here. Furthermore, the policy of disabling the payment portal for late rent is highly inefficient. Requiring cash payments at external locations is an unreliable method that creates unnecessary difficulty for residents, particularly when combined with immediate eviction filings and excessive fee structures. Regarding the condition of the property, the maintenance team has failed to provide lasting solutions, often opting for temporary fixes that do not resolve the underlying problems. Additionally, the frequent loss of water and electricity for periods exceeding eight hours is unreasonable. Finally, the ongoing construction noise during early morning hours has made it nearly impossible to work from home effectively.
