I have lived at the Fairmont for 5 years. The concierge staff, maintence and management office staff are consummate professionals, helpful, considerate and accomodating. The grounds are well kept by one of Houston's premier lawn and garden services. It is a beautiful landscape. Every maintenance issue is resolved quickly. When you are treated like a valued friend it makes a big difference. The neighborhood is easily walkable for me and my dog.

I lived at the Fairmont for three years in the South building and truly enjoyed it. I always felt very safe and never had any major issues with the parking garage or gate. The neighborhoods nearby are great for walking your dog and there’s a cute neighborhood coffee shop a few blocks away. There are also a few bars/restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. I didn’t have a ton of maintenance problems but when I did they were fixed very quickly and the maintenance staff was super nice and helpful. I loved the pool area and rarely saw it crowded. They also have a great concierge service that delivers your packages inside your apartment if you sign up for the service. That was one of my favorite things about the complex. The only negative would be the turf area for the dogs, it wasn’t well maintained and people never picked up their dogs’ poop which isn’t management’s fault. It is a very dog friendly complex which I loved. I had a great experience with the management overall!

Lived here for 2 years and unfortunately have to leave due to work relocation but this is absolutely the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The management should run a consulting business on the side cause every apartment building that I've lived at in the equivalent price range has been terrible compared to this.

I got the opportunity to tour the Fairmont today and had an amazing experience! Ava did a fabulous job making the tour not only informative but also personable. She constantly tried to make the tour tailored to my needs and wants when it comes to my ideal apartment. She also provided me a lot of information in regards to next steps for the process of submitting an application. Overall, it was a great experience!
