Villas at Huffmeister is a wonderful place to live. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the community feels welcoming and comfortable. The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly care about the residents and make living here a great experience. Highly recommend!

I recently came to tour Villas at Huffmeister, and I was truly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the property felt peaceful, clean, and full of natural beauty. The landscaping is gorgeous flowers, greenery, and a welcoming atmosphere that really stands out. The apartment I was shown didn’t feel like a typical unit it genuinely felt like home. Spacious, thoughtfully designed, and full of natural light, it immediately gave me the feeling that this is where I belong. The staff made the experience even better. Jasmine and Alexa were both incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. You can tell they really care about the community and the people coming in. I also noticed how hardworking and friendly the maintenance team was they were busy but still took the time to smile and acknowledge me and my family, which meant a lot. Overall, Villas at Huffmeister left a great impression on me, and I’ll definitely be applying. I look forward to becoming part of this wonderful community soon!

I would not recommend living at all first red flag is not allowing you to tour before your move in date. When I moved in, the apartment was not move-in ready despite the staff claiming it was. There was a long list of issues that needed to be addressed, and even after I submitted everything in writing as requested, it took over three months for the majority of those problems to be resolved. There was a window in both the living room and bedroom that couldn’t fully close one even had a latch completely broken off. I reported this when I moved in, and despite it being a clear safety and insulation issue, it wasn’t fixed until four months later, after the winter storm. I was forced to endure cold weather in my own home due to pure negligence. The knob on the dryer was completely broken off (on day one!!) Nothing but false promises were made, and of course, no one showed up to fix it. There was also a roach issue from the beginning, which made the apartment feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. Of course I had to spend my own money for pest control, the pest control guy who'd come was apathetic and barely made an effort to hit all corners of concern. Maintenance overall was incredibly lazy and unhelpful they did the bare minimum, gave vague or dismissive responses when I asked questions, and rarely followed up to ensure anything was actually fixed while also leaving tools behind for me to dispose of. One of the most frustrating parts of my time here was the lack of transparency around rent payments. There were hidden fees, my rent started at $1,400, but within three months, it had increased to over $1,700 due to random and additional utility charges that kept growing. DIRTY WATER! I had serious issues with the water. The kitchen/bathroom sinks, as well as the bathtub, were all producing cloudy, white water, which caused skin irritation. Even after submitting maintenance requests with photos and proof in person, the issue was brushed off as something that would “go away on its own.” I made multiple complaints, and nothing was done I had to buy my own water filters in hopes of making it better. Might I add that the water was cut off on me in the middle of the night without warning? An email was sent out three days later....unbelievable. The air vent was never replaced before move in, and there was dust all over the home (from day one) which was pointed out. I ended up wasting money on ENT visits due to respiratory and allergy issues caused by contaminated air and poor circulation. Overall, my experience at The Villas at Huffmeister was frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. Speaking to the manager multiple times made little to no difference because she never followed up with me formally and did not ensure my checklist was completed. She even admitted to losing the physical list that I took the time to create with her but clearly, there wasn't enough care or urgency to reach out and request another copy. You can save that copy and paste reply claiming you can't verify these incidents or that you're sorry. You all made life harder than it already is anywhere is better than here!

Villas at Huffmeister is a great community. The leasing office staff, specifically Jasmine, is always a pleasure to work with and promptly responds to any inquiries or issues. The maintenance team is also incredibly fast with completing work orders, usually within 1 business day. We recently had an issue with our A/C on a Saturday, and a maintenance personnel was at our apartment within the hour on that day to resolve the issue.

5 Stars! I will absolutely be returning next year to check for availability! I'm in love with the two-bedroom floor plan and the convenience of the attached garage—it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. The property manager, Shirley, is outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. Her thorough explanations and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The entire team was also warm and accommodating. If you’re apartment hunting, I highly recommend stopping by and checking these apartments out—you won’t be disappointed!
