Creekside Villas at Clear Lake Apartments

As my lease comes to an end really soon, after 2 years, I want to give my very honest opinion about Creekside. I’ve seen about 5 sets of new employees, the turnover time for managers here are crazy. BUT the current set of employees are nice and understanding yet strict. They have definitely made a difference recently, in a good way. I have complained about my stove being broken since I moved here and maintenance came brought it outside and brought the same one back in. Still broken by the way, only 2 of the stovetops works. Also about the paint peeling in the shower, they did quite literally nothing. There’s maintenance issues that I skip over because it’s not a big deal to me but could be to others. Maintenance did always come in a timely manner for simple things though. The on site washer and dryers are okay, half of them are usually broken. It’s always pretty clean in the neighborhood, they’re good with collecting trash. The bugs during the summer are so bad, we do stay by a creek. There is no bugs any other time. The gate is always open. Register them cars they do tow. The apartment has gotten better RECENTLY. My overall experience is a 6/10, i MIGHT recommend to a friend.

I recently moved into this place and I absolutely hate it. Everyone was soo nice at and attentive when I was signing my lease but now I can’t get a call back or emailed back by the manager mind you. When I got my keys on 2/2 I was supposed to be able to move in but they had maintenance issues, it was completely dirty fill of repair bags and tools and then the roach issue came about. Apparently they had to switch my appliances the day I got my keys and they were full of roaches so the roach problem was in full effect. Did tell the front office and it had taken them a month to resolve the issue which is due to the pest control having to come out several times to spray and I bombed the place myself twice. I have no stayed one night in my apartment due to the roach issue and I emailed the manager asking for a a discount for the month of March and i have yet to hear anything back. I’m also having issues setting up my Internet that is supposed to be included in the $1189 in rent that I just paid. All in all It has not been a great experience I’m extremely disappointed in this community and I’m soo glad I only signed a 6 month lease. Don’t move hear, pay the extra 100-200 else where.
