Creekside Villas at Clear Lake Apartments

Several residents in this complex have been victims of theft, with all four tires and rims stolen from their vehicles while parked on the property. What was truly concerning was the response from the leasing office, which showed little willingness to provide support or take meaningful action regarding such a serious situation. Resident safety should be a priority and treated with the level of seriousness it deserves. This incident leaves residents feeling unsupported and raises concerns about management’s commitment to the safety and well-being of those who live here.

I’ve had a great experience thanks to Jocelynn in the leasing office. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Every time I’ve needed help, she’s gone above and beyond. Highly recommend working with her!

Just got into this place and Vanessa and Tiffany were the most amazing, friendly, helpful people. I’m so glad we came here! Update 3 years later: DO NOT MOVE HERE They raise the rent EVERY Year! The pool is NEVER open all summer long. They force you to get a bundle for rent lights and internet (even if you already have it) that they disguise as a deal but really you’re being overcharged. They always find ways to add fees, like 2 years ago when they raised our rent because they wanted a mural. Then to make more money they have a tow truck come around 3 times a night to take peoples cars even if you’re parked in visitors & they randomly delete all the parking info that we’ve ALREADY PUT IN and they don’t tell people to redo they’re parking pass, we find out from our neighbors when they get towed!!! When I moved here I was paying 950 for a 1br and now my rent is 1,300 not including the $300 “bundle” they’re tryna add. Needless to say, I WILL BE MOVING. Don’t waste your money here. The maintenance is great and thats the only good thing about this place.
