I absolutely am appreciative of all of the office workers especially Patrick, Warren and Evelyn. The maintenance men Arthur is amazing including all the other men. It have not been any issues that they have not stopped to handle for me. Thanks you from your Resident.

The leasing manager, Evelyn Mellin, was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she was welcoming, professional, and genuine. Evelyn took the time to answer all my questions/concerns about leasing and etc. she made this process so easy while still being very attentive and professional. This makes me confident enough to say that she cares about making sure future residents feel sure and excited about their potential new home. If you’re considering moving here, I definitely recommend asking for Evelyn. She went above and beyond to make this so easy and understandable for me! I’m glad that I was able to have an enjoyable first experience with her.

I could not help but notice this young lady working there named evelyn. She has made my experience at bella spring branch wonderful. From day one, she’s been incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive. She didn’t just answer my questions she actually took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decisions. What overall really stood out to me was that she was well knowledgeable about the property and seems to love working with every enthusiasm. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and making sure they have a good experience. Whether I reached out in person, by phone, or email, she always responded quickly and with such a positive attitude. Even small concerns were handled professionally and without hesitation. Moving was stressful but this young lady evelyn made my entire process so much easier with her pure kind hearted soul. Thanks to her i didn’t just find an apartment but a place i can call home. If you are thinking of moving to belle branch talk to evelyn please. she is truly the reason my experience here is so great.

This building is going from bad to worse. The current management has been one of the worst. They don’t want to invest even a dollar in building maintenance. Lately, there have been multiple car thefts; every week thieves break in like it’s a building from the worst neighborhoods and of very low quality. The main entrance doors have been broken for over a year, and they refuse to fix them. The main gate door is damaged, and anyone can get in through there. The exit gate and the pool gate are also broken, and they don’t want to fix them either. People from the street who don’t live here and aren’t invited by any resident are coming to the pool because the door is open, and anyone can enter and leave without any issue. The current management is well aware of all these problems but chooses to turn a blind eye. They don’t care about anything except collecting rent money. The building is almost always dirty in all common areas like the gym, garage, and pool. With the previous management, everything was always clean. The only day the pool wasn’t cleaned was Sunday, but the rest of the week everything was spotless. The grills are destroyed and rotted, and they haven’t replaced them. This management is a disgrace — they are degrading the building to the lowest level. They also allow problematic tenants with bad habits to rent here. There have been several incidents involving fights and confrontations between people in the pool and parking lot areas. Recently, people with a very sketchy appearance have been hanging around the parking lot — even homeless individuals have been seen loitering there. This gives the building a terrible image, and it’s even scary, because you don’t know what kind of people are living here. When you come to see this building, don’t let the office staff fool you with their friendly treatment — they make it seem like everything is fine, but it’s not. Pay close attention to what works and what doesn’t. This building is no longer safe — thefts are happening all the time now.
