It has been MY experience, that the Villas in the Pines Senior,,, is a decent place to call home! it is well managed via 3 'lovely' representatives , who exibit genuine compassion for their fellow human beings 😉 the property is lovely to look at,and the grounds are weel kept by management and maintenance promptly responds to 'service requests' and are quite knowledgeable about their work! unlike 'other complexes' who shall remain nameless' but have been in the news lately for maltreatment of their residents!! Not in the 'Pines' tho !! Praise be to God , guiding me here,,, until ??😁 A Huge thanks in advance to Denetra, Rhonda, Sonia,, Lecretia( welcome aboard),,, AND the HARDEST Working men in 'sho nuff business'👀👀👀especially Jess, Sam, Joe!!! yay y'all are rockin in it💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👀👀👀👀

DON'T MOVE HERE To many young people living here, Management does nothing about it. There's a lot of stealing out cars and property off the patios. Maintenance man does not do the work properly and it takes forever to get it done. They close the club house at 5 pm, they tell you there is security but not.

Do not move your loved ones here. Just as the other reviews state, they do not care about anything but collecting rent. My mother has been here several years and anytime she request maintenance, she has to request several times, calls, emails, walks to the office-always an ordeal. Its Safety Issues, burnt out outside bulbs, smoke detectors going off all hours- she is 72 and cannot climb to change bulbs or turn smoke detectors off. As of right now, a work order and three phone calls in the last two weeks requesting the smoke detector to be looked at, and still no response. This thing goes off constantly. We had to end up removing it from the wall, just so she and her pets could get some peace. They ONLY care about residents at the first of the month and at lease renewal time. I would give NO stars if I were able.

I have 2 older sisters living there. There is no visitor parking. Hire ur own handyman if you need repairs done, other it won't get done. The entire layout of the units sucks & these people don't seem to care about appearance of the grounds. I cld go on, so I just end this by saying the only thing they do consistently is COLLECT YOUR RENT. Anything else, u are pretty much ON YOUR OWN !
