Update 06/09/26: I was unable to get an officer to come back out and review footage so I contacted the auto theft dept. On this day an investigator contacted me informing me that she tried to contact Office Manager Tish 3x on different occasions and also left voicemails each time but got no contact back. Because of this they weren’t able to obtain any info or footage from front office and closed my case. I again felt some kind of way because based on what she did skim through and show me, a car drove up to where my car was parked & parked in the empty space on the side of the car next to me and was walking around my vehicle looking inside. So the fact that whomever this person was or the one who own the vehicle driven possibly could’ve been traced/tracked from license plate is crazy. The day I actually went down to request footage I was told I couldn’t view it, well why didn’t you say that the first time I came earlier that morning. Also someone tried to break in my car last year in July and I again came to ask about footage and never heard anything else from Tish. Then the fact she had the nerve to tell me “yall always coming down here with an attitude.” Umm, hello… people wouldn’t have one if they didn’t have to spend unnecessary money by having their personal property toyed and messed with and if everything actually got fixed and was secured around here. I’m a 8 year resident, here when these were first built, and hadn’t my mom been living in the complex as well I would’ve been left. Unfortunately she is now deceased, so now I can move on. Update 05/26/2026: Came out to find out my car was towed overnight. Another $316 wasted. I have maxed my mental limit here and this residence has cost me my peace of mind not only with the conditions of it but also my car that I seem to keep having to spend unnecessary money for. On top dealing with the passing of my mom last month. So imagine dealing with grief and constant apartment occurrences. My lease is up in August and I’m out of here! UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: Unfortunately, I’m updating my review because my experience has continued to decline. Recently, my vehicle was broken into in the parking garage and there was an attempted theft. This incident resulted in property damage and out-of-pocket costs for repairs and additional security measures. My concerns go beyond one incident. There are ongoing safety issues on the property that residents have dealt with for some time, including: - Garage access gate remaining open/inoperable for extended periods - Lack of lighting on upper parking garage levels - Heavy foot traffic and unrestricted access concerns - Repeated vehicle-related incidents on the property Following this incident, I attempted to work through the proper channels. I contacted the leasing office, reached out to corporate multiple times by email and contact form, and followed up with law enforcement regarding surveillance footage. As of this review, I have not received a response from corporate despite multiple documented attempts. I understand that crime can happen anywhere. My concern is how ongoing safety issues and resident concerns are handled after they happen. For anyone considering moving here, I encourage you to carefully evaluate the security and property conditions that are important to you.
