very bad condo the manager Sara very bad manners with the children and people do not allow the children outside and she is the one who decides who can go visit the tenants, they also do not fix anything very bad manners Sara thinks she is the owner of the condominium and always curses everyone

The manager is amazing and really worked with us since this was our first time getting an apartment. It is right across the street from Houston Baptist University football field. It is close to many different stores, which is very convenient. Anything that needs fixed or needs attention the maintenance people and the property manager are on it! Amazing staff and great price, $850 a month all bills included!

I just moved here less than a month ago. It's a small community so therefore there's not alot of movement. It's quiet, it is rare to see any illegal activities. Parking is not a problem and if you need something the manager Sarah will personally help you. So far so good.

My time here at the university apartments has been a pleasing experience. I haven't had any issues regarding my housing or management. If I had any concerns, the manager would gladly hear me out.
