One of the best priced apartments i have see in the whole of Houston. People keep to their own or can be VERY friendly based on how you approach them. The staff has been nothing but absolutely perfect since i have lived here and i wont be moving out any time soon. Update after 6 months. Everything is still perfect and nothing has changed from my initial move in. Miss Rosalinda runs a perfect management team along side Mr. Ismanol to get through every issue effectively.

I absolutely love my home and the wonderful community here at The Station! Ms. Rosalinda in the office does an exceptional job—she’s been amazing to me and my brother since we moved in three years ago. She genuinely cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one. The maintenance team is fantastic too—always prompt, friendly, and efficient in addressing any issues.

I’m loving my new home and little community over here at The station!! Ms Rosalinda in the office does an exceptional job! She has been amazing to my son and I since we moved here in April. She genuinely cares and does everything in her power to make your experience here pleasant. This place is a great little hidden gem. The maintenance team has promptly addressed anything needing attention and they are super friendly as well. Very grateful to have found this place. Keep up the good work y’all!!

I moved here at the beginning of last year, although we had a rocky start at the beginning of my move-in, (understandable since it was something that was out of their control.) I can say Ms. Rosalinda handled that situation expeditiously and they took good care of me. Anytime I have called to report an issue maintenance handles the situation in a timely manner. (Although, I don’t call often as I don’t have many issues with my unit.) I can say Ms. Rosalinda is a great property manager, very caring and wants what’s best for us tenants, based on how the property was years ago, I can say that the apartment complex has greatly improved, I am glad that she is managing the property. She’s very proactive in sending us reminders/newsletters regarding events that are being hosted in our complex and during this winter storm she sent us tips on how to prepare the unit in case something were to happen and provided suggestions for us to keep in mind. The complex is small and quiet, and there’s no issues with the neighbors, everyone’s pretty friendly. Ms. Rosalinda is the best!

I moved here last year, and I've had an amazing experience here. For my first apartment, I got really lucky to be a part of this community. Ms. Rosalinda always finds solutions to problems quickly, and the maintenance team here have absolutely rocked the place by fixing issues swiftly and quickly. It takes a team, and it's great to see that the team here communicates well, and value our time.
