I am so glad I chose The Star as my new home. From the leasing staff to maintenance to the concierge team, everyone has been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible, and they take great pride in keeping the community beautifully maintained. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here and genuinely feel blessed to call it home. ✨

Brandon hands down gave me the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. He’s so genuine and easy to talk to from the very beginning. He made everything feel comfortable and had great communication, which is honestly really rare when dealing with leasing offices. He was always really patient and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares and wants to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. Every interaction with him was positive and reassuring. I highly recommend working with Brandon. He really does go above and beyond and makes the whole experience a breeze.

My move-in experience was incredibly smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment! The staff made everything easy from start to finish. The staff continued to be extremely helpful even after I signed the lease. A special thank you to Brandon. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. He was professional, patient, and quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend working with Brandon if you’re looking for a new apartment! Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out and looking forward to being part of this community! My apartment feels like home already.

The Star shall be given 5 stars! Our real estate center brought a group of students, alumni, and board members to tour the property, and it was an incredible experience. Ashley helped coordinate everything and it was a well oiled machine. Brandon was also a great cohost and had fantastic knowledge of the building. The building itself is a Houston Icon. I personally am a huge fan of when historical buildings are preserved and functioning, and this is a great example. It’s an amazing spot in Houston, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to check it out.

We had the pleasure of working with Brandon while choosing our apartment, and we can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Brandon was extremely patient with us throughout the process and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to advocate for our residency, especially since my partner and I are in a unique financial position without full-time jobs. Additionally, we’ve been really impressed with the building’s concierge team. They take their job seriously and truly care about providing the best experience for residents. It’s clear that they take the time to get to know everyone, even remembering people’s names, which really makes us feel at home here. We’re so happy with our decision to move here and are grateful for the amazing support we’ve received. Highly recommend!
