Extremely unprofessional and slow to respond to maintenance issues. New AI assistant system is unreliable and creates a stressful rental experience. Since there was a reply to my review I will also add that my maintenance request was not addressed in 24 hours, so while you state this it is not true. Additionally there was no follow-up at all to my request.l I had to go into the office because no one would contact me via the telephone. In fact there wasn't even an option for me to speak to a person at all. Upon investigating I discovered that there was an incident on the property that impacted me and several other residents that no one contacted me about that resulted in my maintenance request. I was told that this incident happened last Thursday. Today is the following Monday. I will reach out to discuss additional details.

Honestly the management here is what sets this place apart. They actually care about their residents — any maintenance issue I’ve had got handled fast and the front office staff are always friendly and helpful. The community is clean, gated and feels safe. You can tell they take pride in keeping it that way. I’ve lived in other apartments before and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a management team. Really happy I chose Westpark Ranch.

I have been living in this apartment since 2019. On Sunday I parked my car at the "future resident spot in the front of the apartment." The Apartment management stated clearly that the office remained CLOSED Saturday and Sunday. I was surprised to see that my car was towed on the same day by the apartment management.

Eduardo is the best

This is a lovely peaceful very secure smaller property and it's very nice. They've recently upgraded the entire exterior lighting and it looks fantastic.
