Update: love that you say you care on the google reviews but yet still are sending me email requesting money for things Iβve already paid for. I also was charged a $12 fee on every single month I lived there when I had my renters insurance. The retreat at Stafford only cares about money. DONT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 2 years. The first year was good other than packages being stolen out of the package room and the gym no longer being 24 hours due to a break in into the office. The second year was terrible. My electricity bill was anywhere between $200-$600 every month for a whole year. My A/C did not work correctly the entire second year and maintenance refused to fix it and kept telling me it was because it was hot outside and I lived on the 3rd floor. They did eventually send out an HVAC technician when I called the office and asked why maintenance kept marking my request complete when they werent even showing up. My A/C worked correctly for a couple of days. After that I was so irritated with the whole thing I decided I would be moving out as soon as my lease was up. I had to send my 60 day notice 4 times before I actually got a response saying it was received. After moving out, they then proceeded to send me a bill for $237 for βallocated utilitiesβ going all the way back to December of 2025. I understand a delay in allocated utilities for a month but not for 5 and a 1/2 months when I was charged these fees in my rent monthly. There is also signage on the gates stating there are cameras but there are none and multiple people got their tires stolen and the management sent out ZERO communication was sent out to warn residents.
