He was very knowledgeable on the apartment and very nice. Very kind. I like the way he sold up. Yeah I wanna stay up so the gym part about how the pictures would be nice for you Instagram but I like it. It’s very nice. It’s very quiet. I did come by here on a night time and I saw the night time life here and it was quiet. No one was moving around, but I like my tour. The tour guy was amazing.

Was looking into renting here because my friend lived here. Lost interest quick With how much of a hard time she had to retrieve her packages. She is also never able to get in contact with the office without being there physically. This could be hazardous due to medical supplies that might be in the package room, maintenance needed in rooms. Etc.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. Within a span of two weeks, my car has been involved in multiple serious incidents while parked on the premises. The first incident resulted in my car being stolen, and as of this morning, I found my vehicle vandalized again. During the most recent incident, personal items were scattered on the ground, and the area where the key is inserted to open the car was forcibly damaged. When I asked management for security footage after the first incident, I was informed that the cameras were not working, which is extremely concerning for an apartment complex that advertises safety and security. I was also informed that the individual responsible may be a current tenant, raising serious concerns about resident screening and overall safety. When I attempted to speak with the property manager regarding these incidents, I was told she was too busy to address the situation at that time, despite the seriousness of the concern. The lack of urgency and follow-up only added to my frustration and sense of insecurity. At this point, I no longer feel safe or comfortable living here. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice if safety and management responsiveness are important to you

Jacqueline has been an incredible help in the office.she is always kind,patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled correctly. Her support made a big difference and I truly appreciate all the help she gave us.She is a great asset to the office.

Jackie is extremely pleasant and helpful. I renewed with her for 15 months as I’ve been living here a while. The new management team is amazing and extremely welcoming. The property looks better and all concerns, if any are addressed within a 24 hr turnaround time. I appreciate all the team is doing as teamwork is important to success.
