This is my first time moving out and renting an apartment, so naturally I did have some worries and concerns, but AJ made the process so smooth and easy that any of those concerns were soon done away with. Since the start of our tour of the apartment complex, AJ made us feel welcomed and cared for, even taking the time out of his busy schedule to give us a tour "off the clock" despite unknown to us the office being closed early on Christmas Eve. While touring the building, I was greatly impressed with all the amenities the apartment complex has to offer, and how neat and clean everything was. From the hallways to the shared community spaces, everything looked neatly presentable. Then, when we toured the unit we are now renting, we fell in love with the layout and just knew this would be the one. We had toured other apartment complexes before touring The Reserve, and they just didn't tick all of the boxes we were looking for. But after choosing to go with The Reserve, it's safe to say we made the right choice and are glad with our decision. Thank you AJ and the rest of the management staff for helping us find our new home!

AJ is absolutely amazing! From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and excited about our new home. He really sold us the moment he took the time to show us around the apartment, his outgoing personality and genuine energy instantly made us feel welcomed. AJ is not only super awesome, but also incredibly attentive and personable. We are truly enjoying our new apartment and love it here. The team is always attentive and responsive, which makes living here even better. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! 🌟

I moved into my new apartment at Reserve at Baybrook in late November, and I couldn’t be happier. AJ, our leasing agent, made the entire process absolutely seamless. His attitude and customer service are truly exceptional. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. AJ was attentive, answered every question, picked up the phone quickly, and really represented Reserve at Baybrook in the best way possible. We didn’t even feel the need to tour another property or consider transferring within our old complex—he sold us instantly. I’m honestly relieved and so happy they have someone with a personality like his in the front office. The apartment itself is beautiful, super quiet, and genuinely feels welcoming. There are tons of amenities that make it feel like home the moment you move in. Overall, an amazing experience so far and I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I moved in sometime this past February. At first, we were just looking and was curious about the property itself. We scheduled an tour appt with A.J and was very pleased with his knowledge and his personality. Usually tours last about 30-45mins but it took us a little over an hour because there was so much information that A.J gave us after we asked so many questions. We love the amenities especially the Amazon locker boxes since out previous apartment that we lived in discontinue their services and closed the room up. We also loved how quiet it was and with my husband growing up in the area, we felt safe and everything was super closed by. When my husband and I moved in, we didn't have any issues except we wish there was 4 elevators instead of 3 especially for the property that big so that it doesn't take us a few minutes of a walk. There were a few other issues that we had that we didn't have at our previous apartment was, the lack of housekeeping (cleaning the elevators on the daily), the doors not locking (closes to the elevator 2), and the lingering smell of trash in hallways which usually clears up after neighbors would spray it down. I'm not one who usually files any complaints over a little small things since I know they usually take care of these issues. I still give this property a 5-star due to the quick response from A.J and Christin when they're not busy putting out fires lol. Other than that, we love our unit and wish that there was one like it in the loop at the same cost. =)

I’ve been a resident here for over a year, and while my experience started off positive, the last six months under new ownership have been disappointing. The level of care, communication, and urgency around maintenance and repairs has noticeably declined, and it’s creating ongoing frustration. - Fire and Water Damage Repairs: After the fire, there was extensive water damage. Repairs began but then abruptly stopped and have remained unfinished for months. The damaged areas are not only an eyesore but also a daily reminder of the lack of follow-through. To date, residents have received no updates or explanations on why the work hasn’t continued or when it will be completed. - Gate Sensor: One of the gate sensors has been broken for weeks. While I understand that equipment fails from time to time, it’s concerning that such a basic repair has taken so long with no timeline or communication about when it will be resolved. - Door Sensors and Security: The entry door sensors have been unreliable for months. This was one of the main reasons I chose to live here — it gave a sense of security knowing that only residents with a scanner chip could access the building. At this point, many doors can be opened freely without the system working, which completely defeats the purpose of having it. Safety should be a top priority, yet it feels overlooked. - Elevator Out of Service: One of the elevators has been broken for over a month. Residents are forced to use the two elevators on the far side of the complex, which is inconvenient, especially for those living closer to the broken one or those with mobility issues. Again, while breakdowns are expected, the lack of communication or visible urgency in repairing such an essential service is unacceptable. At $1,700+ per month, residents are paying for not just a place to live but also for timely maintenance, reliable security, and the peace of mind that issues will be addressed efficiently. Right now, it feels as though these concerns are not a priority for management. If things don’t improve — both in terms of actual repairs and communication with residents — I cannot see myself renewing my lease at the end of my current term. 10/8 update: The construction to the walls have resumed. More work needs to be done to restore it back to how it was. It's some progress.
