The Quadrangle

I’m glad I stayed during the summer, so I could cancel my housing during the actual school year, the elevators were broken every week, I couldn’t access my dorm room because the card reader didn’t work, and there was barely ever anyone at the DA so when I was trapped outside I had to wait for 15 minutes to even be let into my room. The abundance of cockroaches I’ve seen are crazy too. You’re better off getting off campus apartments that treat you better and have less problematic behavior than this place, not even that if the dorms themselves were cheap I’d have nothing to complain about, you’re getting charged an arm and a leg for bare minimum service. It’s a joke of a dorm to be honest, hopefully the next people who come to the dorm don’t have to suffer like I did 😂

We pay 5k for it to be a hot water outage every week, roaches everywhere, and the washing machines to be broken every other day. I wouldn’t choose to stay here ever again.

Great dorm for UH students. My son is very happy there.
