I had a great experience living at The Parker. The community is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The management and maintenance teams were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. One thing I especially appreciated, outside of the safety, was how clean and organized the property is. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the community. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend The Parker to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I toured The Parker today with my adult daughter that is moving back to Houston. We were very impressed with the property. Spencer gave us the tour and went above and beyond to show us everything and answered all of our questions. My daughter will be applying.

This is a long overdue review. I rented an apartment at The Parker for two years and recently moved out. It’s by far the best apartment complex I have lived in - clean, safe, respectful neighbors, friendly front desk & staff. Any issues I had, management was quick to address and fix in a timely manner. All in all, I would not have moved out had I not bought my own place. The neighborhood is also safe and a stone’s throw away from Memorial Park, which I would walk to regularly. The social events are a fun way to get to know other tenants; the gym is very nice and well-equipped. Lastly it is very well situated, if you are commuting to Energy Corridor or downtown alike. Can’t recommend The Parker enough!!

We loved living at The Parker for over 2 years! The management is the best we have experienced after living at many apartment complexes over the years. Their maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that may arise and the management team is always willing to help. The complex is well maintained, the apartment units are beautiful and in a safe and great location! Highly recommend for close access to downtown and the heights and all that Houston has to offer!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Parker! The maintenance team is awesome—super quick and professional whenever something comes up. And Rachel, the manager, is always so helpful and on top of everything. You can tell she really cares about the residents. Great place to live!
