3 year resident . This is an honest review. The property has significantly gotten worse since Jontel left as property manager, about a year ago. Rent keep going up but quality keeps getting worse. Parking has become scarce, they install new reserved parking which limits regular tentants. Pool is just for show, they open it a few times in summer, usually when everyone is at work. Front office is a hit or miss, lady in back has bad attitude most of the time- receptionist position is a revolving door. Pest infestation has gotten out of control even when I clean my place. They are letting rowdy tenants in, I feel unsafe here now.

I just moved in Dec 13 2025. I was told the unit was ready for move in back around Thanksgiving. On the 12th of December I showed up to sign the paperwork so on my move-in day all I would need to do is snatch the keys...These folks had me sign a form stating that EVERYTHING in the unit is fully functional!!...So after signing THAT form...later that day I get a text message from the office saying that the A/C "JUST" went out, which is crazy cause this happened literally after driving off "AFTER" signing the form for them, its giving sketchy. Its going on a week and I don't have any air in the unit...Hot or Cold....I cant even open the ONLY WINDOW in the unit because they said they cant "promise" me that they can put a screen up, which is crazy cause the Townhouses around me has Screens covering the entire window...so I can't open a window if need be without the worry of animals coming into the unit, There aren't any ceiling fans what so ever in the unit...I have never heard of anything like this, Never in my life have I heard of an apartment complex not providing a screen for the windows. This was a big mistake...There is no Urgency at all to get the A/C fixed....I have been given different ETAs on when it would be fixed!! the office workers don't seem empathetic at all about it..IG cause they don't have to deal with it....its going on a whole week now and still no A/C...mind you I JUST MOVED IN!!!!!! this not a great way to start off...I am using my Legal insurance to get out of this lease.... I can see this is not going to work...I can see its gonna be after New Years before they actually fix it and that's not acceptable....want me to pay a rent but cant come fix the A/C is an issue for me....I can understand them having to order a part.....But this should be an expedited matter... I am a new tenant and I'm being treated wrongly. Not what I expected. Very disappointed. Ruining my Holiday season...was better off staying at the intown suite until finding a better complex to live at...at least I would have A/C........... and now today on Jan 20 2026, I am getting messages from them about paying them 80.00 for a balance I owe.. when my third party company has explained that the leasing office has been paid....so why do I owe yall 80.00????....now they telling me the 80.00 is for electricity. Which is confusing cause I was told that was included in the rent price...now its separate..i paid 1448...when my rent was suppose to be 1075...yea no..this is finna be a issue

If I could give this place a serious negative stars I would. The office staff especially Monica, do not care about their tenants. For months I had ROCAH AND MICE ISSUES that never got resolved before I moved out. I have a newborn baby and I had to live with mice poop everywhere and had to sanitize every night because of fear of roaches getting on to my baby. I had a broken window that was never resolved either. There are other tenants who have had no AC FOR 5 MOTNHS AND COUNTING! Plus another tenant who is living with leaking issues and they have not resolved that issue either! All they care about is money that you pay for rent to put money into their pockets. It’s truly sad that hard working people that are tenants are having to face these issues. The office staff lies and keeps telling you when it should be fixed but never gets fixed. Monica especially in the office is absolutely rude and always fails to follow up with tenants. She is more concerned about the money and if you don’t pay to kick you out ILLEGALLY! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I love my apartment. Neat and remodeled apartment. Play area for my kids. Parking permit for me and guests were made easy through the app. I love Angela and Alejandra were really sweet and made sure to explain my prices in my lease. I love it.

This apartment is not worth the struggle. I lived here for a year, and I had NUMEROUS issues with the management of this establishment. Issue #1: Less than a week before my move-in date (lease had been signed by both me and management a month prior), I called to get an update because I had received no follow-up on when to pick up my keys, how to get in through the parking gates, etc. Not only did I have to call multiple times across different times and days because nobody would answer the phone, but I also had to email just to get a response. When I finally got a call back, I was told my apartment (the apt # and price was in the signed lease) was not available to be rented. The person on the phone gave me one reason why, and when I had to LEAVE WORK EARLY to go in person to sort this out, another employee gave me a different, contradicting reason. I spoke to management and they said there was "nothing they could do" and forced me to move to a more expensive floor plan, and were unwilling to do anything to remediate the situation. I had no other choice because I did not have any family in the area, had already paid my "deposit," and had less than a week until my current lease was up. Issue #2: I did not have a working mailbox. I was told at move in that they were making a new key for my mailbox and would give it to me once they had it. A month after move-in, I called to get an update. I was told they did not know I needed a key and would get one made. Another few weeks goes by, I call again and same story. They did not know I needed a key and would get one made. After another week, I did receive my key; however, I went to open my mailbox and the key did not work as the lock itself seemed to be messed up. I went to the office and had them try to open it, and they could not. They said they would replace the lock and get me a new key. Guess what? Same exact thing happened. Finally, after NINE MONTHS (not exaggerating) of numerous phone calls, emails, maintenance requests, and SIX in-person office visits, I finally got a working mailbox. Issue #3: A month before move out, I got a $1,000 attempted charge to my debit card from the company that handles their "security deposits." Luckily, my bank asked me if this was a fraudulent charge before allowing it to go through. I had to cancel my debit card and wait two weeks for a new one. When I asked the apartment staff about it, they had not tried to charge me, so that gives them some credit. The office staff did not know why that company had tried to charge me that amount. Issue #4: After move-out (moving 1,000 miles out of state by the way), I did not receive my "security deposit" two months later. I emailed to see if there was something I had to do on my end to get it back, submit any paperwork, etc. About a week and a half later, I get told that it is not a "security deposit" I paid $900 for, but it was a "premium" meaning it is nonrefundable. When I had asked before move in how to pay my security deposit, I was emailed instructions on how to pay it through this third party company I had mentioned before. Every time it had been mentioned to me by staff, it was referred to as a "deposit." This was very misleading and takes advantage of first time renters, such as myself. Issue #5: I understand that everyone has bad days; we're human. But one of my main frustrations is when I would call or go into the office to ask a question, or check to see if any of the maintenance issues discussed above were done, I was met with rude office staff. There was one worker that was helpful and nice, but I rarely got assistance from her. The other office staff I dealt with would be rude or completely write me off when I went in. Every time I went in I remained polite, as I just wanted these issues fixed. Overall, I am very disappointed in my experience living here. I had no issues with the actual apartment I lived in, and any neighbors I met were friendly. There were very few times I had any issues with neighbors or my actual apartment. The management alone is why this place gets one star.
