Don't move here!!!!! This place is terrible. The staff are awful, they have no manners 🤮 They're liars, one day they tell you one thing, the next day they tell you something else. The apartments are a disaster, the floors are stained, the closet doors are missing, and lastly, they charge you for internet that they say is mandatory, even though you already have it, it's insane. When I complained, they said the owner set it that way. I only have two months left... I can't wait to leave. The water is ridiculously expensive... It doesn't deserve even one star.

One of the worst apartments you can live in. The reception staff is very rude, and they lie all the time. Our AC unit stopped working, and it took them two days without fixing it. This morning, I went to the leasing office because our restroom was blocked. The receptionist said they would send someone to fix it. After three hours, I called again because the office was closing at 2 PM, and still nobody had come. She kept saying someone would be there today, but unfortunately nobody ever came to fix the restroom. I would strongly recommend not moving to these apartments.

Don't rent here, it's a disaster. The management takes your money every month, and even after your contract ends, they keep trying to squeeze more out of you. In short, they're shameless, especially that Monica.
