Negative reviews are being removed. Do not move to this apartment complex. It’s a money grab. Looks luxe but far from it. This apartment has so many unnecessary inconveniences. Fetch is the worse service ever. The company literally has 1 star! It’s convenient for the complex, but terrible for residents. You designed an enclosed apartment and then proceeded to have services that make sense for an open concept. Oh, my apartment shakes and rattles whenever a train goes by too. This would be a decent first apartment, but if you’ve ever lived anywhere decent before, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had the most pleasant experience at The Oliver recently! This apartment building is stunning! The amenities and common areas were so pleasing to the eye (which is a big deal for me lol) and the location is perfection! I toured with Gabrielle who was very patient with me and all my picture taking hahaha, I definitely felt at home.

I recently moved into the Oliver from another property close by and there is SUCH a DIFFERENCE! The property is maintained so much better. The interiors are so much nicer too. Office staff is ACTUALLY present. The manager Gabby has been great as well. 2 weeks in a not one complaint. So glad I made the move!

The Oliver is okay… you are paying for the location and that’s really it in my opinion. 1. When they constructed this building, they did not factor in the train tracks that have a train go by about ever 15-20 mins. It’s not super loud, but is definitely an annoyance. 2. My Amazon prime is obsolete living here. You have to get your packages delivered to a freaking warehouse that then delivers to your door. I’ve had to way 12-24 hours for packages that were already delivered. This is not ideal for someone that may have a small business or that is used to getting items delivered quickly. 3. You have to go down to lobby to let your guests up, or if you have food deliveries. This is where I say you are soley paying for location because the amount we pay, this inconvenience should not exist. Butterfly has an elevator integration available, so not sure why they aren’t using it. 4. No ev charging. I have a Tesla and I have to drive about 5-10 minutes away to charge my vehicle. It’s pretty unbelievable an apartment complex charging these prices wouldn’t have ev charging Those were my main issues staying here and they were definitely big enough for me to find somewhere else to live.
