I had a great experience working with Cynthia. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She was very accommodating when scheduling tours, responded to questions quickly, and was very transparent with information. She made apartment hunting so much easier.

The best thing about living in this condominium is the availability of both the administrative and maintenance staff when there's a problem with your apartment. Whenever I've had issues, I've encountered very kind and respectful people, especially Mr. Paul, who is a very respectful, kind, and helpful gentleman, always attentive to his work. Another thing I appreciate is his good manners.

Kip and Paul came the morning after I made a maintenance request and they were super helpful and efficient installing my shower filter!

Needed some curtains hung up and Poul and Kip were super helpful! They installed the curtain rods for me and adjusted the curtains so they worked with the window shape. Great service and friendly staff.
