I’ve lived at Marq31 since I moved to Houston three years ago, and it’s been a great experience. My girls, especially Amber, Darlin, and Marquisha, are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are rare, but when I do submit one, they’re handled promptly. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are great. Honestly, the only reason I’d leave is to move into a house one day. Marq31 has truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Houston.

Love the gym which was the biggest selling point for us. We’ve been here a year and the living experience is great with fast maintenance team.

Marq 31 has been awesome. It’s pretty rare to find a place this nice and convenient that doesn't totally wreck your budget. Parking is zero stress, and having actual reliable EV charging on-site is a massive plus. The staff are all incredibly sweet and helpful, too. They’re also big pet lovers. Definitely a great spot if you're looking.

This is a great apartment complex! The maintenance is super quick, the people are very nice, and our apartment is awesome too. I feel like we are situated in a great spot location wise, and I have really enjoyed my time here. Definitely worth a tour to see if it’s a good spot for you too
