No issue at this location but sometimes they ask ID even for delivery like Doodash and UberEats for safety reason, I understand that part. It is strange other apartments don’t ask ID and we get more tips due following delivery door instruction. But I lose some tips due they ask ID and I forget to bring it. They need to put any sign at the entrance saying “Visitors must bring ID if you’re visiting at this residence” FIX THE CONCIERGE ATTITUDE

10/10 EXPERIENCE! I have NEVER had such a wholesome, smooth experience as a realtor in my 10 years of working as I did with Andrew, the concierge! He was extremely nice and super helpful with everything and was truly fantastic!

Stay away from this place. Previous review is 1000% correct. Openly discriminating. My wife and I went to view a couple of units for ourselves as we are both realtors and we had approved appointments by the listing agents and concierge was openly discriminatory. Another realtor who was not Hispanic was there to show her clients and was treated completely different and was given access immediately and I call to complain to management was not any better. After us viewing the unit and building, the building is rundown and outdated but in better condition that treatment you will receive from front desk. Discrimination was very much alive and well there. Stay away from here and keep your clients away too.

I highly recommend The Marlowe Condominiums! Excellent location to sporting events, concerts, discovery green, and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The management team is excellent. The Marlowe has parking, gym, pool, and guest suite. The Four Seasons Hotel is next door and offers special prices for Marlowe residents.

I bought a condo here about 1 1/2 years ago and have loved every minute here! As a native Houston real estate broker for 45+ years, I found it to be a great value right in the heart of Downtown. The amenities are nice and the concierge is very efficient. With a short walk to the beautiful Discovery Green and the Phoenicia Specialty Store, what else could you want? And now Skanska just announced a huge new mixed-use project nearby called (initially) 1550 on the Green! Also, one block to Toyota Center, which is why this Zip Code 77002 has been officially named "Clutch City, Texas." How cool is that?
