Couldn't be happier here: the quality of the unit and high rise views; the lounge/bar area and pool deck; the location within walking distance to Highland Village and the Galleria; and the friendly, responsive leasing staff ... All combine to make living at The Ivy a pleasure.

The leasing office team at The Ivy is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The maintenance team is equally great! Requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, the community is well managed and a great place to live.

Hands down one of the best apartment buildings in Houston with the very best leasing team! Elizabeth is an incredible leasing agent and she will always help you sort out anything you need! Very helpful and kind, would 100% lease here again

Kaylah’s attention to detail and responsiveness has made staying at the Ivy a very positive experience so far! The amenities are well maintained and maintenance requests are handled with urgency. I would recommend this complex to anyone considering moving to this area of Houston.

We just moved back into The Ivy, largely because of the responsiveness and capability of this new owner and management team! We previously lived here for almost seven years - the location can't be beat, with green space for the dogs and a great community feel. By the time we moved out in 2024, it had lost much of its appeal. This new management team however - Allison, Sierrah, Kayla, Erin, Gustavo (and the entire maintenance and concierge teams) are returning The Ivy to its prior elite living experience. For the first time in our lives, moving in was effortless, and our time here thus far a real joy! I highly recommend The Ivy if you're looking for high-end apartment living.
