I have lived here for several months now. Every single interaction I have had with the leasing agent Jasmine, has been rude and unprofessional. She has had several opportunities to defuse a situation, but instead she gets defensive, says something inappropriate that is unwarranted instead of listening to what the resident is saying and trying to understand or empathize, and is just plainly inhumane. This is not 1, or 2, or even 3 instances, it’s 4. And frankly I am trying to avoid even interacting with her when I need to get in touch with the apartment about something. Unfortunately she is always the agent who is here. I have spoken with other neighbors about this and they have all told me similar encounters and how unkind she is. They told me there are things they have either dealt with or left unfixed so they did not have to speak with her. I can only imagine how many potential residents are receiving a tour with her and then choose somewhere else based on how she talks to people. You truly have very little emotional intelligence, Jasmine. You do not apologize for wrongdoings of you or your company, you do not deescalate situations, rather you get rude and defensive, and you do not respond in appropriate ways… Westchase Forest Apartments, this is not who you want representing your brand.

I’ve been living here for about 5–6 months. Initially, I thought I’d stay longer, but I’ll likely move once my lease ends. On the positive side: The complex is clean and well maintained. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, though there are occasional exceptions. The main challenges I’ve faced relate to noise and neighbor consideration: My unit doesn’t have a true patio, so sitting outside essentially places you right at your neighbor’s door. This makes privacy difficult. The walls are thin, so you hear nearly everything. My neighbors often sit outside late at night, which is their right, but unfortunately I hear all of it from inside. Every step from the upstairs neighbor carries through the ceiling. I’ve gone to the office 3–4 times to ask if they could remind them to be mindful, but either the message isn’t being communicated or it isn’t being taken seriously. The noise sometimes wakes me up in the mornings, which makes it more than just a minor inconvenience. Overall, while the property itself is well kept, the lack of soundproofing and inconsiderate neighbors have made my experience less enjoyable. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision about whether this community is the right fit for you.

plagues of the soul never fail. The worst decision was to rent in this place, I do not recommend them, if someone had advised me before, I would never have come here, they are very used to payments, they are exaggerated and the truth is that you can find something much better for the same amount of 1600 for a single room, they give you a price of how much are the expenses per month when you just arrived, if the apartment is at 1069 plus taxes and garbage in total, it would be 1356 and I pay the electricity with them in total, an amount of 1610, it comes out and every time I want to talk to a representative or manager who is bilingual, there is no one, they only give me an email to contact there, the truth is very expensive and there are more luxurious and beautiful places for the same price, the truth is that I do not recommend them, it is a disaster with garbage, the place is not clean and they want to charge for anything and there are animal 🤢🤮

The maintenance at this apartment complex is terrible. They often mark work orders as “completed” without ever entering your home. I’ve lived here for four months and I’m very dissatisfied with how this place is managed. Last night around 9 PM, my AC went out. I was told to call the on-call maintenance since it was an emergency. I called 26 times and got no response. My apartment reached 85 degrees while it was 78 degrees outside. I ended up having to sleep in my car. This is completely unacceptable, and it shows how unreliable and unresponsive the maintenance team is.

DON’T MOVE HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst place my family and I have lived. The whole time we were here we had to deal with roaches and the only way to kind of deter them was keeping it super cold in the house. The complex charges you for pest control but no one comes and sprays. They are supposed to come in your apartment and spray once a week but it was never done while we were living there to the point where my partner and I discovered there were roach eggs behind our fridge. Why are we being charged pest control when we have to handle it ourselves? From the time we moved in one of our bathtubs had a leaky faucet. Maintenance came twice and never fixed it to the point where the leak got worse and mildew/ mold started growing on the walls. It took them months to actually come out and fix it and they knew the leak was getting worse and that we had children in the house. Their only response was “put in another work order” My child could not use their bathroom because of the constant mildew/ mold that kept showing up on the ceiling. The person that comes and picks up the trash is inconsistent but they still charge you for it every month, and if you deal with mental health don’t expect these people to have any compassion for you including the property manager. All they care about is your money even though the property is subpar. Be prepared to hear your neighbors and all their business through the bathroom because the walls are so thin. On a daily basis I would hear my next door neighbors and other neighbors regular talking conversations while in the bathroom because the property is cheap and didn’t care to make the bathroom walls thicker. I always felt like I was invading their privacy just by using the bathroom and tried my best not to speak in my bathroom because I knew if I could hear them they could hear me. Other tenants have the same issue because I’ve asked, so it’s not a unit issue, it’s a structural issue. This property looks good on the outside but when you’re in, it is complete hell. The price they charge is not worth the experience you have living there. We moved to a better apartment in a different area that is bigger for around the same price it’s been no issues. Westchase Forest is not worth your time. Vishal and Jasmine are the only decent people in the office, everyone else is rude. Please take your valuable money and time elsewhere.
