The Grove at Wilcrest

Edit: For clarification, I previously reached out regarding security footage and safety concerns in the garage and will be forwarding that correspondence directly, so the property manager should’ve been notified at the time of the incident. My car was totaled in this building’s parking garage due to the unsafe driving of another resident. The garage is treated like a racetrack, and management has failed to implement even basic safety measures. What’s more concerning is that after a serious incident resulting in a totaled vehicle, there was zero visible action taken — no speed limit signage, no added security, and no communication to residents about safety expectations. For a property charging premium rent, this level of inaction is unacceptable. Residents deserve a safe parking environment.

I absolutely love living here!!! It’s convenient, my apartment is spacious and I have a gas stove, little things make me happy, lol. Alex was great, he’s now moved to another property and left us in the hands of Yara, who is the best in the west!!! She personable, friendly and immediately resolves any issues you may have.

I have lived at the Grove for almost four years now and have been able to build relationships with many of the employees here. I have been pleased with everyone from maintenance staff Francesco, Ricky, Hector, and Jonathan to the leasing agents, Yara, and the manager, Shelby. I am truly thankful for the service they have provided me, as they are always helpful whenever I need assistance.

I was a resident at the Grove of Wilcrest for two years, and during that time, I experienced very few issues. What I can confidently say is that Alex is the best leasing agent I have encountered, both from my personal leasing experiences and my professional background as a secret shopper. He is truly an asset to both the property and the company. His energy, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist residents—while ensuring they are thoroughly informed—are unmatched. Alex is unquestionably in a league of his own and demonstrates the leadership qualities of someone capable of managing an entire property. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding service!

We visited these apartments solely to request information, and the experience was completely negative. The person who assisted us showed no interest or willingness to work or rent, remained seated the entire time, and displayed a very unprofessional and unmotivated attitude toward people arriving for information. Among other negative aspects of the place, the lack of organization and poor customer service leave a very bad first impression. It feels like there is no interest in attracting new tenants or providing even basic assistance. After reading other reviews, we realized that we didn’t miss out on anything, as this seems to be a recurring issue. Overall, an experience that completely discourages considering these apartments.
