Bad neighbors with pets. They walk across the street and use our turf which isnt a problem at all. The problem is alot leave their dogs poop and dont pick up. There's bags and trash cans available.

You have a doorman named Mark who is unsafe to be around women. I walked in to deliver an instacrt delivery. The customer provided no instructions. I greeted Mark and said hello I have a delivery and his response was youre in the wrong place...I asked what he meant and he provided no context amd wanted me to follow him to another room. Your resident is in 4R. I am really concerned about who you all have working for you as that is not how anything should be handled. When I explained to him I don't feel safe and I need context as to what is the problem, then he explained. As I was leaving he replied You're welcome but nothing was nice about it. I work in the service industry and being that you all are located where you are, it makes since to have someone who can actually be professional when greeting those who come in regardless of what they are there for. There is also a better way to explain if there was a designated entry.

I had been wanting to get some veneers for quite a long time. One day I decided to search even though I knew they were out of my price range. As I was searching shiny smiles popped up and the transformation began. I called shiny smiles to see what I was getting into and I was happily surprised by the enthusiastic young lady on the other end of the phone. I could not believe that shiny Smiles was so affordable. I waited for the impression kit anxiously and when it arrived I followed the Easy instructions and made my impressions. I called shiny smiles back because I wanted to rush delivery because I just could not wait. When the Box arrived when they said it would I took my shiny new veneers to the closest mirror and held my breath. I put them on, they fit perfectly and I heard them snap into place. I opened my eyes, smiled and A Tear came out of my eye. I was instantly confident and ready to show off my new smile. Shiny Smiles has truly changed my life in so many ways. I laughed more, I am very confident and people that do not know me say what a beautiful smile I have. Thank you shiny smiles for your professionalism, fantastic product and most of all giving me confidence to smile and laugh.

The Greenway used to be a very nice place to live but unfortunately a small group of very vocal residents has disrupted the community and harassed the management to the point of the previous GM resigning. I believe this was exacerbated by the Covid pandemic as these people were stuck at home with nothing better to do. As of today they still require all residents and guests to wear face masks despite the multiple vaccines/treatments available and guidelines having changed just about everywhere else due to a small group of irrationally scared residents. I’ve even seen a resident outside a few times walking there dog with a face shield and a mask with no one else anywhere near them. Are they going to get Covid from a tree? The current management is kowtowing to the small group of vocal, irrational residents to avoid them from constantly complaining so if you want any sort of freedom of choice and the ability to move on with your life I’d avoid the Greenway at this time. Unfortunately the Covid pandemic and the lockdown melted some of the residents brains…
