If you want to deal having hard time in finding parking spots come ahead. They says residents to not park when there is not at all unreserved parking spots. Of course they Will say that you can go ahead and reserved a parking spot so you don't have hard time finding one during night. As other obviously they might not reserved there are other bills. They should be also towing the ones that have there cars just standing there in a unreserved Parking spot.if they really want residents to reserved Parking spots they to see one parking spot that one of them reserved it on their own (probably not even paying that spot) They charge this year 2026 for reservations the parking spot. Also now they taking 4 days thru a week to now fix things. When the first year we started renting they would come that same day or the other day making a report. If this Apt doesn't have enough maintenance guy they hire more they have two apts the Elis and the Silvia. This apts just charge high rent but are now taking forever to fix things. Two time my apt have been flooded for the toilet and have not fix the real problem. They don't pay for my lost furniture that got wet. If I can give the a 0 star I would, My experience with the front office has been extremely disappointing. The staff consistently comes across as unprofessional and rude, and any time I’ve tried to address an issue, I’m met with dismissive attitudes instead of real solutions. They don’t make any effort to help with the problems in my apartment, no matter how many times I report them. It feels like they have no interest in resolving anything, leaving residents to deal with issues on their own. Overall, the lack of courtesy, support, and accountability makes it very frustrating to deal with them, they should definitely hire a new office staff.

My ac unit has been going out all the time they come and fix it and it stops working and the staff at the office are berry rude specially Melisa she is not helpfull what so ever and rude

Melissa provided extremely poor customer service. She was very rude and unprofessional. She really needs to learn how to treat people with respect.

I am very disappointed with the personal staff in leasing office.I have been living in this apartments for over 5 years. Bad management in this apartment. Specially the Manager has no manners with resident, she is very rude and doesn’t take any action to help resolve the issue. The owner should have new personnel staff. When there are emergencies or problems the management in office is always messy and cannot help with anything. Need to get new office workers. Don't recommend living or moving here.
