Very strange security ( concierge), inadequate behavior of staff, discovered about 50% of building for sale - all made me run away of this block.

So close to all the nightlife. Walking distance to many venues.This property is kept up and convenient to any part of town. First class.

Well kept up property. Views are terrible. Layout of property is confusing. Even those living their got lost and turned around. Great location

Location is fantastic, everything close, good size unites, amenities are good, just what you need: pool, gym, social area, management is excellent so the building is well kept and good, responsible neighbors. No problems during Ike or Harvey
