The Driscoll is a super lovely building located in a great area in the inner loop! It’s conveniently located and within walking distance of many things including nice restaurants, Kroger, coffee shops and breakfast places and even a retro movie theater close by! Joe is super friendly and it’s such a pleasure meeting him! He also toured one of my friends, Marie, and only great things to say!

Wilson the maintenance guy is truly one of a kind. He always goes above and beyond, no matter how big or small the issue is. He shows up with a great attitude, takes the time to explain things, and doesn’t leave until everything is done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just checking a box and moving on. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, thorough, and kind these days, and Wilson consistently delivers all three. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your maintenance guy, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a few people who really make The Driscoll feel like home. There are three people in particular who stand out starting with, Wilson. Wilson has been an amazing addition to the maintenance team. Since he joined, I've noticed real improvements around the building. He's always helpful, knowledgeable, and makes sure any issue in my home is taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Very happy to have him here. Rene has been great since my very first day at The Driscoll. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, supported, and that our units are in good working order. His care for the building really shows. Sam at the front desk is always great. He's professional, friendly, personable, and always helpful. Whether it's a quick question or a longer conversation, I look forward to seeing him each time I visit the concierge. Other than the beauty of the building, cleanliness, and location, these three played a huge role in the reason I decided to renew my lease. They each bring something special to the building, and their work is a huge part of why living here feels worth it.

Both my son and I had an excellent experience touring with Joseph—twice, in fact: once last weekend and again today when we finalized our decision on The Driscoll. Being new to Houston and to apartment living for the first time, I was initially nervous about moving into a high-rise. After exploring several options, we ultimately chose The Driscoll. Beyond its great location, what truly influenced my decision was the warm, friendly, and courteous welcome we received from the Leasing Office team, especially Monica and Joseph. They were both incredibly helpful. Joseph, in particular, was outstanding. He patiently walked me through every detail, answering all of my questions—even the tricky ones, like clarifying the discrepancy between the website rates and the actual rental incentives (two weeks vs. four weeks). He also did a fantastic job explaining the floor plans, and we were able to select the L-plan the very first day it became available. I’m now eagerly looking forward to moving in this February and meeting my future neighbors.

We’ve very much enjoyed our time so far at the Driscoll! The warm welcome and seamless move in experience from both Maya and the Leasing Office at the beginning was a strong start to it all. The fantastic community, the walkability of the area, access to restaurants, Kroger, and the bayou trail have also elevated our experience overall. The Driscoll staff/neighbors having built up a great community environment (book club meetings, seasonal events, and meetups at Zanti) are all additional reasons why we chose to renew our lease. Looking forward to more experiences here!
