We have been living in this apartments for almost 2years and had a good experience. Trysh- The Assistant Manager is really good and very friendly.She helps with everything and is very clear with the information. She takes care of all the members and treats everybody with a smile. I’ve had such a great experience at Daphne Apartments so far. The entire process from applying to moving in was incredibly smooth — everything was well organized, quick, and stress-free. A big thank you to Kathy Green and Kwajalin Barzar for being so amazing throughout the whole process. They’re friendly, patient, and super helpful with every question. You can tell they really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, and the community has solid amenities. The gym is surprisingly good — definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen in an apartment complex. The property is always kept neat, and it feels like a genuinely nice place to come home to. Overall, Daphne Apartments has been a great choice. Good management, good amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, hassle-free place to stay
