This is an older community and a lot of bandaid patching on everything but that really isn’t my issue.I lived here quite awhile and was really patient with a lot of things that I shouldn’t have been. The maintenance people are not the issue, they are just doing what they are told. This complex just eventually does the same things as the other previous companies that have owned it before, even though they seem to be doing good things at first.. When they don’t want you there anymore because of something they need to fix that is costly or want to get the apartment for a higher price for a newer resident or something that is wrong with your apartment that they don’t want to tell you about it etc.,but they will start making things really bad and uncomfortable for you while you’re living there. They don’t follow correct protocol notifications to residents for remodeling and renovation procedures (and with contractors)with dangerous chemicals/ construction inside and out that require residents to be out of the apartment for awhile and sometimes they will even have contractors sneak in to do things that you should be notified about if you are in the same area (vicinity)as the chemical being used because the vents are shared etc, but they don’t and you end up sick .You can’t get anyone in the front office for anything including emergencies and sometimes calling out doesn’t work for emergencies because it is a community WiFi you have to join and it’s not private if you get me. This got so bad I had to get out of there asap at one point because I got really sick from these things and my safety was at risk and I’m out of a whole lot of money because of this . My dog also has long term breathing problems as well from this happening so much.I was a good resident and I never should have had to endure this.

Nothing but constant issues since I've moved in here. My window sill had a leak in the actual wall trim which I plugged up with caulk but and I told them there was water getting into the wall which I'm not even sure if they fixed. There was countless holes in my walls and ceiling which I've had to fill myself. My AC would give out all the time cause apparently I had the oldest unit in the building and they've had me on a portable unit for almost an entire month now. My door has big gaps in it which I've been told is "irreparable". My sink leaks at the bottom which I've also been told is "irreparable". The bathroom sink water has an odd smell when it's turned on. Maintenance does not exist on the weekends so if you have a problem on Friday good luck dealing with it for 3 days. Can't tell if its a shoddy paint job or not but I think there's black mold on my vents. And many more micro issues. But the biggest issue has absolutely been the bugs, been constantly battling roaches in my kitchen since the day I moved in here, first week I had an ant problem, and just today I found larvae for a case bearing clothes moth crawling up my wall. Before I moved in they told me that this unit had been renovated which I feel completely lied to about. I would love nothing more than to leave this place immediately but I literally can't afford an early termination fee for my lease so I'm stuck in this hellhole for the next 6 months.

This past year has been rough. The parking lot gate breaks a lot. Right now even the entire security code box is broke. So now the gate is open 24/7. They took away paid parking , which sucks. Some of us are willing to pay for a permanent spot. When we have visitors you have to log into an app for a guest parking pass. Not sure the reason this this . But it’s a pain. I’ve lived here 4 years, and hoping it gets better this year. I love my little apartment & my patio.

I'll start with saying maintenance sucks, apartments are garbage. There is no anemities here a pool in a grill. Upon moving I had front door issues. Put it on the maintenance list. It gets removed. I go back have them put it back on the maintenance list. They removed it again. Did it a third time? They removed it a third time. I can see daylight through my door top and bottom and I can move my door back and forth an inch while it's even locked. Today I needed them to fix plumbing till it comes from about a half an inch from overflowing from the top as it did a week ago. When the main pipe busted they tell me it could be 2 days before they get out there to look at it. Awesome! Know somebody else who lives here and has been fighting him to fix their leaking window when it rains and her front door can see daylight out of the top and bottom. This place is a joke charge too much for his trash place

Roaches literally everywhere!! I’ve only been living here a few months & its been a 2/10. When I first moved in nothing was cleaned, roaches everywhere in the kitchen, patio door barely closing, front door door STILL doesnt have the weather stripping, outlets not working, etc. I had to submit my work order documents twice and the ONLY reason they came to look at the problems was because my car got broken into .. YES, my car got broken into here & nothing happened whatsoever. Maintenance still barely came to fix anything & I currently STILL have things needing to be fixed. The major issue would be the ROACHES! It's disgusting quite honestly especially since I know for a fact they didn't come from me & I keep everything clean. They apply a pest fee & yet still have roaches and have NEVER seen a pest control truck in sight. The only ‘help’ that I was offered was a way to get out of my lease which was obviously paying over $800 just to get out of it. Overall from the tour they make it seem super nice, but I’m ultimately disappointed and quite uncomfortable living here seeing as the roaches have completely taken over. I now have to pay out of pocket for an exterminator to try to fix the issue on my own. Please don't move here unless you like killing roaches everyday! I will continue to make reviews frequently on these disgusting apartments.
