Rene, Cristina, and Zoey have all been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They respond quickly and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-run place with a great staff.

I toured the core apartments a couple times and both experiences were very pleasant and informative thanks to Rene! He makes you feel right at home. Would recommend anyone to come check out the core apartments if they’re looking for a nice complex for a decent price.

I’ve had a great experience at The Core, and a big reason for that is Renee Salinas, the leasing manager. Renee is such a nice guy. He is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and always made me feel welcome. It’s clear he really cares about the residents and the community. If you’re considering The Core, working with Renee makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for over three years and have noticed a decline overall. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I'm sure I'll be followed up with their AI agent. **I would also be cautious of so many "5" star reviews as mine reflects to another resident's post MH further down". Most recently I switched banking accounts and my bank declined an autopay. I received a call from management asking about the payment which alerted me. I assured I would get it paid and asked if they could remove the late fee as this was the first occurrence. They said they would call back right away and let me know. A day goes by and nothing which keep in mind I'm waiting now to hear from them before making payment. I called over 4 times, left messages, and emailed over two days but no luck as only the AI agent picks up, the phone rings, and you have to leave another message. During this time, I incurred ANOTHER late fee WAITING on them only to be told by a text message they won't waive the fees. That's the only communication I received as they still haven't responded. You can find similarly priced apartment complexes in the area that are recently built with newer and more amenities and better management.

I had a fantastic experience touring the Core apartments. The community is modern, clean, and has a great layout that immediately feels welcoming. Rene gave us the tour and could not have been more helpful. He answered every question with patience, showed us all the details that matter, and made the whole process easy. The amenities were impressive, and the units themselves were even better in person. I left feeling confident that this would be an amazing place to live. Highly recommend checking it out.
