The Briscoe River Oaks

Run away!!! Ariel the assistant manager & the new manager have the worse customer service ..I have never wrote a review in my life good or bad ..but I would never want any human to be treated this way! I am a Retired Nurse and came just to get closer to other nurses to help them financially..I had to leave my lease early and the previous manager had me at a zero balance only bc they listened to the recorded calls of how rude and disrespectful their assistant manager was ..they increased my balance to 12k once that manager was no longer with them! I really don’t know if it’s a prejudice or what but I had to report here for others! I own houses and rental properties it should be a given to treat people respectfully! The only thing good I can say is Corey one of the leasing agents should be running this organization bc she’s great at what she does!

Moving into Briscoe River Oaks has been a great experience. Kori was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had. I’ve been here for about a month and have no complaints so far. The neighborhood is very walkable, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and anything else you need is within a short 5-10-minute drive. As someone new to the Houston area, I highly recommend this community!

Any apartment community is lucky to have her—she brings reliability, leadership, and a great work ethic to everything she does. Highly recommend!
