Tyra was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my leasing process. She was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding as we went back and forth over several days trying to find the best option for me. There was a misunderstanding that caused an inconvenience for me, but Tyra handled it with professionalism and empathy every step of the way. She kept me informed, worked with her team to resolve the issue, and they even went above and beyond by offering a gift card for the inconvenience. If you have the opportunity to work with Tyra, you’re in great hands. She genuinely cares about her residents and does everything she can to help. I’ve been a responsible resident for over a year and always tried to follow the community’s policies. When my personal vehicle was in the repair shop, I registered my rental car in the apartment’s parking system. Two days after getting my car back from the repair shop, it was towed from the resident garage without any warning because it was no longer registered. My vehicle had been properly registered when I moved in, and I had no reason to believe registering a temporary rental would deactivate it. It is also the same vehicle I used to obtain a parking garage sticker which was still present on the vehicle. While management acknowledged what happened, there was no effort to work with me or recognize that this was an honest mistake made by a long-term resident trying to comply with the rules. Instead, I was left to pay hundreds of dollars in towing and storage fees over what was essentially an administrative misunderstanding. Before signing a lease here, ask yourself not only what the policies are, but how management handles situations when good residents make honest mistakes. The answer to that question says far more about a community than the amenities ever will.

Honestly, I had a very solid experience here. Rebecca was really great to work with; super kind, and actually took the time to understand my situation; helping me find the exact unit that fit my needs. That meant a lot, especially compared to some of the other places I dealt with. The whole process ended up being smooth, and the property itself looks great and is in a really good area. Overall, just a genuinely positive experience.
