I signed my lease two months before my move-in, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As someone who previously worked with the HAA as a corporate trainer for leasing teams, I pay close attention to the leasing process and Devin was exceptional. She demonstrated everything I would train on: professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuinely positive attitude. Even when I had what felt like the simplest questions, she handled them with a “I’ll find out and get back to you” mindset, which I truly appreciate. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this apartment community.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far at The Briarly. Devin has been super helpful and made everything feel wayyy less stressful. She was always kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Loved working with her and really happy with my new home! & can’t wait for summer to use the pool! 🤩

Absolutely love this community! I can’t move for a couple of months, but I stopped by earlier this week to check it out and was completely blown away. I toured with Rebecca, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough with all of my questions. She truly stood out from every other leasing professional I’ve toured with — and that says a lot. The Briarly has amazing floor plans, and the gym is one of the nicest I’ve seen. The overall vibe of the community is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll definitely be signing a lease here very soon!

After thoroughly exploring numerous apartments across the Houston area, I ultimately decided on Briarly Apartments. While balancing trade-offs is often necessary when selecting the best option, my decision was influenced by something more personal. Tyra, a member of the team, stood out as the key factor. Her accuracy, helpfulness, wealth of information, and responsiveness made a significant impression on me. For some, these qualities might not seem extraordinary, but they were decisive in my choice. Even after finalizing my lease, the exceptional service has continued seamlessly, providing the same attentive treatment I received before signing. I have since interacted with Rebecca and Devin, both of whom have been consistently kind and responsive to my needs. I am fully satisfied with my choice and look forward to sharing updates in the future.

Here is my experience living here for 3 months. I honestly really like the property but they have a lot to learn/improve on. - Garage has broken multiple times and was left open allowing anyone to enter. I saw a car robbed of its tires while there was supposedly "security staff on site through the weekend to monitor the entrances and exits, ensuring your safety and peace of mind." After being left open for 20 days the garage was fixed and still the next morning I saw 2 more cars on bricks with their wheels gone. One had its window shattered as well. - We are on day 49 of all elevators being broken. - The package room was broken for 20 days. Packages are supposed to be left in the locked room but they are often left by peoples doors which makes me hesitant to ship things here. There are no cameras in the hallway for "privacy reasons." There is only a camera at the entrance of the parking garage, not on any upper floors. - The key fob system throughout the property was down for 20 days. You need a key to get in and out of the parking garage stairwell... heard banging one day and found someone locked inside. - They scheduled replacement of my blinds seeing as they were "builder blinds" and did not raise, they then proceeded to not show up and did not provide an update. - Right when I moved in my stove broke. It took them a week to determine that they had hooked up my washing machine to the oven outlet and every time the washing machine was used it flooded behind my stove. They had to cut open the wall. They said they would call to schedule a time to repair my wall, they did not schedule a time and instead just entered my apartment on their own time. - There have been water leaks flooding parts of the lobby area. The potential is there, just too many malfunctions in such a short amount of time making it hard to feel safe and comfortable in my space.
