The Boulevard Apartments

My experience in The Boulevard Apartments has been really great!!. This complex is quiet, staff is so friendly. It has everything around you: Schools, parks, restaurants, supermarkets.. I definitely recommend it.

I am so thrilled I moved to The Blvd. I love it here! It's clean and quiet, and the Staff is fantastic. There was an issue with two of my appliances; they replaced them with new ones, not some recycled leftovers. ((**_**)) It's in a great area and has easy access to the freeways. Most importantly, it's in the heart of The Medical Center. MRS

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY!! Y’all do not bother and apply to this residence. The main leasing office is full of lazy and incompetent individuals. The whole team including Michael, Ruiz and others led by Laurel Vest, do nothing except false promising and delaying things. I applied to the government assisted rent program, and I expected an answer in 3-4 weeks from app day, I haven’t heard from them even after a 12 weeks wait period. I used to call the main office every week, close to end nearly every day. I used also to visit their office often to get a hold of them, and every time they throw at me the same garbage; we had a change in system, blablabla… Given that my app went in vain, I asked the office to refund my app fee and they agreed to do so, it has been 3-4 month+ where they haven’t issued the refund. So far I asked Lori almost 4 times about it and she keeps on lying, inventing excuses and delaying the procedure. I have all email exchange if any of you is interested I can forward the exchange. On a side note, the exact same experience (except for the refund part) happened to my colleague at Rice. Bottom line, GreyStar is nothing but a legit scam. Do yourself a favor and check other residences close to Rice Village. The boulevard is good in terms of physical property, but it is directed by incompetent and less-bright individuals. Best!

Lovely landscaping! Luis the maintenance man is the best. Laurie was able to help me out of a terrible roommate situation into our own separate units last year 🙏 The pool is gorgeous, very serene. Although it’s small, it’s rarely crowded. Building 3 was suuuuper quiet. Close to a lot of fun Houston stuff to do 🤩 Thanks for everything!

I lived at The Boulevard for over 5 years and recently moved out due to relocating out of state. I absolutely loved living there. The price is unbeatable. The apartment units are very well maintained, and the layouts are well thought out. The location was the best of both worlds - tucked away in one of Houston's most beautiful neighborhoods but quick access to Kirby and 59. All of the staff at The Boulevard were amazing. Jennifer and the rest of the office were great to work with. Luis, the maintenance supervisor, has to be the best in the entire city. He fixed everything quickly and was always so kind to me and my dogs. I highly recommend The Boulevard!
