The location is so convenient, easy access to 59 and shopping areas! The office team is always very friendly and helpful!

I’ve loved living here for the last 14 months - the location is great and really walkable. The area feels safe and the apartments themselves are so well insulated, I’ve never heard another neighbour or had any issues with noise. The concierge team have been amazing, especially Salah. I literally couldn’t write enough good words about him but he’s always been so happy to help, so friendly and so knowledgeable when it comes to things you may need or recommendations. He’s helped me many times with my packages and online shopping addiction!! Salah - you are the best. Thank you for everything.

I lived in this building when it was Gables River Oaks and had a great experience with everyone in the leasing office before and after leasing. In particular, Kayla was very responsive via phone and email. I was looking at potentially returning and now no one responds to email. I've called and had someone call me back to answer questions but no one has responded to 3 or 4 emails I've sent requested information. Adding insult to injury, they put me on their automated email list, so every 2 or 3 days I'm getting an auto generated email telling me to let them know if I have any questions. When I reply, no one replies back. Since I also have a job, I don't have time to keep calling and waiting for someone to call me back.

I’ve lived at The Anderson for about three years now, and overall I really like the location. Management has changed a couple of times during my stay, so the experience has been a bit inconsistent at times. That said, I especially want to recognize Salah from the concierge team. He is always professional, kind, and very helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to assist residents truly make a difference and help create a welcoming atmosphere in the building. Thank you, Salah, for your excellent service! the 5 stars are for you!
