Quiet, safe, clean. Honestly for an apartment complex this is all you really need and this place does that. Not to mention the administration, Shelby, is amazing. Please give her a pay raise.

The management is absolutely top of the line! Shelbie in the front office is the best. The apartment was all recently updated and the maintenance guy stays on top of any issue reported. I love my apartment! It feels like home.

Can not express enough about living here. The Up keep is Great, It is quiet and Safe. The Office Staff is Amazing, They keep the tenants up to date on various things happening on the Property and always willing to listen to any issues needing fixed . Maintenance is Quick & thorough on completing work orders. Tenants are very friendly and well placed in the units. It Really does feel like home living here.

Apartments are older and on the small side but they seem to have been well taken care of. Small staff but they have been incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. Very cozy and good place if you are looking for a more budget friendly apartment without compromising quality.

Stadium Oaks is a great apartment complex with an amazing manager she is very friendly and truly cares for her tenants!! Maintance is always very fast to respond if having any issues regardless of time of day! Very quiet and nice neighborhood, always kept clean. My family and I loved living here for 2 and a half years only left once we got a house or would still be here!
