Great place to live only one problem I have here, is the people let their dogs poop in front of your property and don’t clean it up. Well I don’t have them problems nomore because I fix that situation. But it is a beautiful place to live very quiet and cozy. I love the management over here and maintenance are well kept. Thanks Jim, Juan and Cesar

The onsite maintenance crew led by Juan is very professional and responsive. Juan has over 30+ years of experience and Juan is still very humble and always ready to help owners and tenants. Juan and his crew worked on many service requests on my unit. I am very satisfied for the work he and his crew have done. Great job!

Great and safe property for my grandma to stay enjoy her golden years. With everything convenience short drive distance. Management is helpful especially Mr Juan going out of his way check on tenant. Great investment and a southwest gem đź’Ž

Randall Management has been able to solve a parking lot problem for me that has been on going since 1981. No other management company could solve the problem of my space being two feet smaller than all the others. Now, I can park easily and get out of my car with no problems. Thank you Eddy! I feel safer, since they are now screening new renters more carefully. The property is well maintained and looks pretty. Since 1990, I have seen some really awful management companies, Randall Management is really good. Property values are increasing, good job!

I own one unit at the Terrace. I have to say that it is very professionally by the lady in the front office. Nice manicured lawns etc. She is strict in the sense that all owners keep in compliance with the rules and regulations. I have personally received infraction notices from her. She has a very nice personality and we very much appreciate her hard work. Thank you Randall Management for sending the wonderful on-site manager.
