I had an amazing experience working with Keyana Warner, the leasing agent and assistant manager. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident at every step. Keyana went above and beyond to help me get approved for my apartment, and her communication and attention to detail made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I really love my little place it’s cute, peaceful, and quiet. The building also has security in the garage, which makes me feel safe. Like in most apartments I’ve lived at, some residents unfortunately let their pets go to the bathroom in common areas. But management always comes to clean it up, so I don’t understand why some people blame them when it’s really just inconsiderate tenants. Overall, I’m happy here and hope this review helps since I personally rely a lot on reading reviews before moving somewhere new.
