I moved to this apartment at the beginning of this year. Norma and the helped me made my move-in process quick and easy. My apartment had many issues, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the previous tenant didn’t report any of them, which allowed them to pile up. But regardless after reporting those issues, the maintenance team went above and beyond to fix them. 4-5 months in and overall so far I’m happy with both the office staff and the maintenance team.

I have lived here almost 6 years. I want to thank the maintenance crew “ especially Jorge and Carlos” they have been helping me for years. I hope they get a raise and bonus, they deserve it.

Stephany is one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with. Very professional, easy to talk to, and always willing to help.
