The front entrance does not have a security code, only the parking gate. The street is full of potholes, making it difficult for cars to pass. The stairways are filthy and never cleaned, nor is cleaning required from residents. The pool rarely opens and is not properly maintained. When it does open, it closes far too early, sometimes even before the posted hours. Windows show mold from lack of cleaning. Cabinet doors are replaced with mismatched parts, and tiles are also mixed in color and style. Some residents have lived here for 6, 8, 10, or even 15 years, yet rent continues to increase without consideration. Others live with up to eight people in a one-bedroom apartment, causing further damage to the property. On a positive note, the church group that visits to host events for the children is wonderful. The activities, gifts from Walmart, and afternoon snacks they provide are a great help to many kids who often have nothing to eat after school or even skip breakfast or lunch. Please continue supporting those good actions and eliminate the harmful ones. Open your eyes—promote love, peace, and unity, but also respect for others. Residents are not animals; however, the way things are managed makes the environment feel chaotic. Dogs destroy plants, and there are no internal rules or regulations to control these problems. Please establish policies and provide training and education to your staff and especially the manager, on respect, professionalism, and leadership. Her behavior has become cruel and abusive. Her years in this complex have only benefited those involved in questionable practices such as rent favoritism and other irregularities. There should be no preferences—everyone should be treated equally. She demands praise and recognition at the expense of others, which is unacceptable.
