Zawar, the manager at this apartment complex, does an outstanding job. His customer service is top-tier — he’s attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the residents and the property. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, he’s handled it professionally and promptly. You can tell he takes pride in keeping the community well-maintained and running smoothly. Management like this makes a big difference, and it’s greatly appreciated

My experience thus far with leasing team is extremely smooth!! The whole team is very helpful. The manager Zabar is very helpful and kind. The leasing team Damon & Elsa very responsive. It’s my first time moving into an apartment and they have made the whole process very smooth. Talking about maintenance team just in 4 days John in maintenance is very helpful. I pointed out a few small things and they fixed it quickly! Without making any complication. The apartment was very clean when me and my wife moved in! Appreciate all!

Moved in a month back and everything has been really smooth. From leasing to moving in the staff was helpful. Very prompt response to any maintenance ticket. The community is very nice and clean, with nice neighbours. I visited many apartment buildings before moving here and decided on Marquis due to its excellent upkeep and staff.

My husband and I just moved in last week, and so far we’re really happy here! There’s just one gate for both entry and exit, and it works through an app that’s only for residents, which definitely adds a sense of security. The community areas are clean, and the staff has been great, Damon and Elsa from the leasing office have been very helpful. And on our moving day, we had a small electrical hiccup, but John, one of the on-site maintenance team members, came by and took care of it right away. He was very friendly and resourceful too!

Excellent place to be. Great location, ample parking, vicinity to highway 6 and other amenities. Well lit, nice apartments. Neatly kept, safe, secure compound. Well maintained decent guest center, gym and pool amenities. Most importantly supportive management. Wish there was more of walking and kid friendly spaces but so far so good. Came here for two months and extended the stay to almost a year. Much recommended.
