Do not move here run away from these apartments I don’t care how nice they look on the outside terrible management. My girlfriend has been living in these apartments for not even a whole month and the AC does not work. Every time she asked him about fixing the AC and they said as long as it’s 70° they don’t care in the middle of the night. The AC goes to 70 to 85. Light bill is $300 because the AC does not work Two of the burners on the stove do not work and since She’s been in there. They only fix the weatherstrip on the door and only replaced the AC outside but never came inside to fix the AC unit one side Is barely cold. I do not recommend these apartments. Also, when she moved in the apartment was very dirty

🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I just moved into Stonegate Apartments three days ago and I’m already regretting every second of it. I paid a premium price expecting decent living conditions, but what I got instead was a nightmare. If you're considering this place, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Let’s start with the basics – things that should be ready before anyone moves in: NO AIR CONDITIONING: It’s summer. It’s sweltering hot. I’ve been sweating and miserable in my own apartment since day one. NO REFRIGERATOR: How do you expect someone to live without a fridge? All my groceries went to waste within the first 24 hours. NO GAS: I can’t cook. I can’t even make a cup of tea. This is completely unacceptable. I reported these issues immediately, but the response has been slow, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. It feels like once they got my money, they stopped caring altogether. NO proper sink and bathtub is disgustingly disgusted 🤮 Stonegate advertises itself as a “so called nice apartment community” – but what kind of luxury comes without basic utilities? This isn’t just inconvenient – it’s negligent. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for tenants. Please, think twice before signing anything here. You’ll end up paying a lot for nothing but stress, frustration, and silence from management. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. A lot of empty promises and zero urgency. I’ve called and emailed the leasing office (Bryan leasing agent multiple times. All I’ve gotten is vague excuses and “we’re working on it” responses – no timeline, no follow-up, no solution. Meanwhile, I’m paying for a “fully functional” apartment that’s borderline unlivable. The worst apartment and worst service ever I got in my life.

Whoever the young man is answering the phones is very rude. He answers and then doesn’t give you time to respond, then places you on a 10 minute hold. I just wanted to inquire about information for an apartment, due to the online site not working properly for me to apply. He comes back to the phone and I tell him that was a pretty long hold. He states oh we’re busy because we weren’t opened yesterday. I get that. But placing me on a 10 minute hold in hopes I really hung up is crazy. If he’s the only person working in the office, he obviously needs help. That was a bad first impression for me, being that I’m just inquiring about moving. Also these apartment complexes buy stock photos to portray the property is oh so pretty and nice, when in actuality, it’s nothing like the photos they buy for their websites. So it’s a hard no for me. Regardless of how reasonable the pricing is. Leasing agent was very unprofessional.

Do not leave your application and fee of application if you not sold. I was mislead by the administration of this place. First they showed me an apartment and I wanted it, then that it was already rented, so i had no apartment selected but they still charge me process my application without my consent, I told them clearly not to process it. Agent still did!!! They have nothing to my liking but I never told them to process my application when I had no apartment selected. Be warned this administration suck, lies, deceits, and are not honorable.
