Without a doubt, I had one of my worst rental experiences with Sterling Point Apartments. They never answer calls when you want to report a problem, whether it's with hot water or electricity maintenance, and especially with the cockroach infestation. It's something they could easily control, but they say they can't. I may be very tidy and clean, but it's a plague. Besides, the hallways are full of stray animal droppings. They don't control the entry of people who don't live in the complex at all. I'm very disappointed with their management system.

Janthan, you're a great person. You listen to the residents, and that's what we like about you. Keep being like that and helping the residents.

Yesterday the main drain got clogged and the apartment filled with foul-smelling sewage, and they didn't care enough to send someone to clean it. And now the same thing has happened again, and they still don't care at all... Call the city at 311 because otherwise it's a lie! And report it!

Those who complain can't even afford one in Westheimer and they want something good, nice, and cheap. I lived there for three years in a studio apartment and never had any problems with it. Now I'm back in my house here in Monterrey, NL.
