Sterling Point

Since I've moved in, Mayra was & since has been AWESOME with my recent move-in. She left no stones unturned during application & move-in process. Also, 1 of the Housekeeping ladies, Laura, I have seen around the complex keeping the laundry room & apts ready for everyone. She also was very pleasant & helpful when I 1st moved. Thank u ladies for making my new HOME AMAZING!

I am excited I chose to live here! I adore the community and the complex. It is such a family oriented neighborhood. Erica made this transition EXTREMELY smooth!!!! Especially since I wanted things a particular way. The maintenance people are extremely assertive and resolve my issue in a timely manner. If you don’t choose to move here you are missing out! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I needed was an air filter. I’ve never had such AN ODD EXPERIENCE. Ezequiel came into my apartment & I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. He starting… “venting” about the women he was seeing from the property. I just wanted an air filter. His personal problems should stay personal. And I didn’t even get my air filter!!!!

Since the new management team took over, the community has truly improved. The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is clear, and everything feels more organized. The property is clean, well-kept, and it’s clear the team is making positive changes. I’m very happy with the new management and look forward to seeing even more improvements in the future!
