Star Beltway 8 Apartments

Honestly I haven’t no had any complains til this day. I’ve been been debating for months to move in to these apartments until I finally spoke with Yareli & Giselle. They’ve made my whole application and move in process as smooth and transparent as possible. The help and understanding they’ve provided was what motivated me to go ahead and apply for the apartment that I’m in now. 100% recommend! Love my new apartment ♥️

Giselle and Yareli in the office are so helpful and welcoming. They make everything feel easy and stress-free, and their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. They always go above and beyond .It’s obvious they care about the residents and the community, and it makes such a positive difference. I highly recommend speaking with them. Yareli and Giselle are the best people ever when i applied they made everything so easy and both are so helpful. I love it they all here even Jose maintenance make me feel at home. When I first moved in they were so very welcoming & they are the sweetest ever💜 they both do their absolutely very best to help any way possible. I have been living at this complex for maybe 12 or more years and out of all the office admin team I can only say good things about Yareli and Giselle . They are very kind and professional. They always have great customer service! Always a Pleasure speaking with them even. Although I can complain about my apartment needing flooring repairs do to several neighbor water damages , I can only praise these 2 ladies . They are amazing and do all they can
