Yaritzy was an amazing help and made my move-in experience seamless and enjoyable. The rest of the team was also very supportive and assisted whenever possible. So far, my experience has been great, and I truly love my new place.

I moved into this complex maybe 4-5 years ago when it was newly constructed. At the time, everything was good. Somewhere between then and now, they started implementing essential housing... which attracts questionable residents to the complex. That's when everything went downhill. If you're moving to Houston or searching for an apartment in general, the BIGGEST tip I would give you is to find an apartment that DOES NOT participate in an essential housing program. Here are a couple reasons why: -do you think it's fair that someone living next door to you is paying maybe 60% of the rent when you're paying full price? -think about the kinds of people this invites to the complex. I've had my car broken into several times here. The first time, I didn't notice anything important missing. The second time, they tried to pick my lock and damaged it enough to require replacement. The third time, they cleared out my glove box for god knows what. There was nothing important in there. - I've had my front bumper backed into hard enough to require replacement. Came back to my truck damaged with no note whatsoever. All this to say: these are the kinds of people you'll be living with. Theft, property damage, and no accountability from other tenants. I will say that management does SEEM to care a little bit, and they do make some effort to keep things orderly, but truly it's the tenants that make living here less than ideal. I'm sure it's not the worst, but it's definitely not what it used to be.

So I’ve been living here for 10 months now I rated three stars because of a few things. I’ll start with the positives. - The office staff are overall nice and professional from my experience. Just pay your rent on time and be a decent tenant. - maintenance was quick to fix my AC when it went out in the summer - The property is always hosting fun events for tenants! - I absolutely love my apartment it is beautiful. - The location in Houston is great not far from a lot of things to do in the city. - Beautiful amenities spaces such as the pool, study areas, & sky lounge Here’s the negatives - unclean neighbors. There has been multiple times where other residents have left urine and feces from pets in the staircases and hallways from their pets. they also leave trash in the stairways, which is very inconsiderate of others - There are thin walls in my apartment as I’m writing my review I can hear my neighbor blasting music. And sometimes at night, I can hear her conversations, which can be a huge turn off for some tenants, but I don’t mind it typically - The gate is always broken for some odd reason Which can be a safety concern. - not all of the doors in the garage require key fob access which can be a safety concern - There’s lots of homeless people in the area. and traffic can be annoying being that we are near NRG Stadium, and right off Main Street - None of the filters has been changed for a long time in the water fountains around the property and in the gym, which can be annoying if you work out. Overall, this is a DECENT place to live if you have no kids or if it’s just you and a significant other, the location and proximity to Houston is Great just the local area surrounding the complex can be sketchy at times. They offer reduce rent for qualified applicant based on your income, which is a plus and the apartment homes are beautiful on the inside.

My move in experience at Stadia Med Main has been beyond my expectations! Lauryn was extremely helpful from the minute I toured the complex in August to my decision in apply in October. Everything from the residential events, amenities, up to date/tech featured units and location have been influential on my stay. I’m so satisfied with my decision. I feel safe and welcome in this place I get to call my home! My dog loves it as well, she’s met some more friendly dogs. Thank you for making this an easy process!

Lauren was amazing! She helped me with finding a new home and it was seamless. As I waited for my appointment I noticed her interactions with the residents and that said a lot to me as someone who wants to feel comfortable with the staff. Loved my experience this place is very great!
