Lauren’s customer service was absolutely amazing. Before my tour, I read many positive reviews about her, and I can say they were well deserved. What stood out most was the genuine connection she had with current residents in passing. It speak volume about the relationships she has built. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire experience great. I look forward to enjoying this community.

While I enjoyed my tour and was excited to apply for this place, they have since ignored my emails and calls. Wildly unprofessional and I have since moved on to another complex.

NON STARS AT ALL ⚠️ HONEST REVIEW – SERIOUS SAFETY, HEALTH & MANAGEMENT NEGLIGENCE ISSUES I am leaving this review after living in this community since 2023, and I feel it is important for future residents—especially families—to understand the reality behind the marketing of this property as a “non-smoking community” and “well-maintained living environment.” I chose this complex specifically because it was advertised as non-smoking. I have a 6-year-old daughter with documented respiratory sensitivities (including rhinitis and bronchitis triggered by smoke exposure). This was communicated clearly before and during move-in. That expectation was not met at any point during my lease. 🚨 Smoking Policy Not Enforced Despite being a supposed non-smoking property, smoking (including marijuana smoke) has been constant throughout hallways, balconies, stairwells, and common areas. This has been ongoing for the entire duration of my lease. Multiple complaints were submitted with evidence, but enforcement has been ineffective or nonexistent, and the situation has not improved—in fact, it has worsened over time. 🏚️ Serious Maintenance Failures Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated and significant maintenance issues: * Closets collapsed in my unit on two separate occasions. One instance nearly resulted in injury to my child. * A kitchen sink detached from the counter, flooding the kitchen with dirty water. Repairs were delayed for several days. * Repairs and maintenance requests often took far longer than the promised 24–48 hour response time, in some cases stretching to a week or more. 🔓 Safety & Property Conditions * Multiple broken entry doors across the property by other tenants, allowing unsecured access to buildings. * Hallways, staircases, and shared areas frequently left unclean, with trash, alcohol bottles, and cigarette waste visible. * Presence of aggressive or uncontrolled dogs in shared areas like the pool creating safety concerns for residents and pets. 💔 Health Impact on My Child Due to ongoing exposure to smoke despite the “non-smoking” policy, my daughter’s respiratory symptoms worsened during our stay. This became the primary reason we DECIDED TO DONT RENEWAL OUR LEASING for her health and safety. Instead of prioritizing health concerns, we were informed that early departure would still result in additional charges, despite being at the end of our lease term. ⚠️ Lease & Communication Issues There was also confusion regarding my move-out date, despite providing written notice in January (both in person and via email). The lease end date was clearly stated as March 9, yet conflicting information was provided regarding an extended stay requirement. They sell your information to thirds party parties and charge you extra amount of money even if you give them on time notice, even if they kept the deposit and you leave naturally ending the leasing contract I do want to acknowledge that individual maintenance staff—especially Harvey—were consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The issue is not individual workers, but the overall management structure and enforcement system. This property does not function as a true non-smoking community, and maintenance ITS NOT 24/7, safety, and communication issues are persistent and unresolved. Also it’s important to addressed that the officer it’s not reachable at all and not attend when needed! For families, individuals with respiratory conditions, or anyone expecting basic enforcement of policies and safety standards, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Listen, Lauren is phenomenal! She follows up, answers all questions, and has a sweet kind heart. She made me feel at home before I even got to my touring with her. It was as if we had known each other for years! That speaks volumes for customer service now days. The place is clean, vibrant, and safe. That’s my top priority! Thank you Lauren for being so sweet and knowledgeable!
